Sounds interesting and I recommend researching actual demons present throughout religion, that way it could give an extra spin on things. You don't have to do that but it's a suggestion.

Wow, I absolutely commend you with the amount of detail put into this guys personality. This is by far the longest personality description I think I've ever gotten so this takes the cake in that aspect. You've given him a lot of traits, so I say be careful adding so many traits that could potentially clash if not done well, for example, his lack of communication skills but being good at comforting people.
I also like the sound of his design and most things about him are pretty good, so there's not much I can say.

I suggest adding more information into these relationships, similar to what you did with the personality but apart from that, these are fine. As long as they add to him and make him develop more as a character then these should work well.

Okay so this works and is pretty well set in reality, however I think adding some more positive events and significant moments to his life so far.

Stats are balanced, got nothing to say here.
Final thoughts I really like this character and I think that he's pretty good. All I can say is some further development on the relationships and some additions here and there and he'll be an incredible character, so good job.
