This character sounds really cute actually, it's not very often you see young mha characters with this much detail put into them, so very good job with this.

I mean, puppy love is plausible, just be careful because we all know what Kouta is like. Be careful having her parents be villains and her not, if well written, it can be very good but it is a common trait. It's also good for characters to have ongoing relationships with characters that aren't canon, so other ocs in order for you to have a little more freedom with what will happen and you're not limited to the reactions of the current cast. It can make things feel more natural.

This is interesting and gives a different perspective on villains, normally with villain parents, they're brutal to their children and it's nice to see a change in that. All I can say is what I said before, include interactions with more possible ocs so she's not struggling with just the canon cast.

This quirk is very strong, which is completely fine in my eyes. I believe that a quirk can be strong as long as it's well explained and not indestructible. This is very well thought out and detailed, so well done with this bit too.

Final thoughts I really like this character and she's very well thought out all in all. She's a character that I would personally take an interest in with it doing a review of her and I hope to see more of her in the future.
