I like the sound of her and her appearance is very down to earth and descriptive, so good job on that.
The only real issue is that her name is very wordsy and long but if that's common in the universe then it's fine. I also think you could maybe add more positive traits to her personality because most of her traits come across as negative and you're trying to find a balance, especially if it's your protagonist.

This is fine for the most part but similar to the personality, add more key positive points in her life, that way it seems like a more realistic, flowing life.

Stats are reasonably balanced so there's no issues here really.
Final thoughts Overall, this is a pretty good character and I'm sorry that this is pretty short but there's not much that needs correcting here. All you need to do is smooth out a couple of things and add some positivity into her life and she should be all good.
