Ahhhhhh I genuinely really like this character, she's so cute. Since you said you're going for the anime feel, I'm not going to tell you to go for natural looking stuff since this is an original universe and it's inspired by stuff like Little Witch Academia. Anime isn't exactly know for it's realistic appearances. Although, I recommend coming up with something unique in this universe since you read about an awful lot of series that have this same concept.
