Alright that's fine. Danganronpa is one of those series where all you need to know is the basics to make a good character. Bakugou is an interesting influence, so this should be interesting.

Alright this works for the most part and I like his design, since dr characters are all pretty unique. I think for both his personalities you could maybe add a bit more detail but apart from that, this is all pretty good.
Relationships

Be careful with the unknown parents thing but these are fine apart from that. Make sure these relationships effect and develop the character too.

Alright so this is a lot. Definitely develop these points more since they don't all quite make sense. For example, how does a child get accidently abandoned? And normally people remember how they get scars due to them being permanent marks and can be scarring mentally too. Whilst sometimes trauma can cause people to repress memories, I've never heard of that happening when they permanent scars. Though I could be very wrong there. So in that sense, do your research on this topic to make things make more sense.
Also add some more positivity into his Backstory so that he has reason to want to move forward. Overwhelming tragedy can be bad for a character if not done well, so be careful.

These are pretty well balanced so there's no issue here.
Final thoughts I like this character a lot, he seems cool, but I also think you've got to develop him further and also work on that Backstory a bit, but apart from that everything's pretty good. So we'll done.
