She's really cute, I like her design a lot. Her personality type can be quite common, but it is also common in real life so I guess it could work. All I really do suggest you do is give her a wider range of hobbies in order to make her feel more realistic.

I don't think having her be friends with everybody and be distant is going to work completely. These two traits go completely against each other so maybe go for one or the other to make this work better.
Also, wouldn't the league be her enemies?

Be careful with having such a tragic backstory, whilst this is completely plausible, good and bad happen in people's lives. So, if you even write this story, make sure that you show positive aspects of this girls life before everything crumbled.

This is an interesting quirk but it seems pretty strong, so try not to make her too overpowered so she can fit in the universe better.

Most of these are too high in my opinion. A character should have balanced stats with most being in the middle range, one being lower than the others and one at most being higher then them. A character should be balanced.
Final thoughts This character has a lot of potential but it does need a few corrections here and there. With some work, this could be a really good character, so good job.
