Alright so this is an issue I see with ocs from every universe I've tackled and it's really just that there's the potential for this character to be good but you need to put a lot more information into it. For example with her personality you should always write a paragraph. This gives more detail and helps give a better perspective for the character. Also you need to add negative traits to her because overly positive characters are unrealistic. Same goes for her appearance, more detail to paint a good picture of the character. Also add some more description to her hobbies.

Be careful tackling dead relatives because it isn't always handled very well and the trauma and effects need to be shown.
Make sure these relationships are developed and work with the character too, relationships really help make a character.
Backstory

Again,ore detail is needed. Like how did her mom die? How did she react? What are some other key events in her childhood? What's her friendship with the other members of the gang like? Really this just needs fleshing out.

Most of these stats are pretty high, you need to lower some of them to balance them out so the character is balanced and not over powered. If you have high stats in speed, strength and agility you need some kind of training to help them reach that level because otherwise it's unrealistic.
Final thoughts I think you just need to think over this again and add a lot more detail. She's a good idea but there's a lot missing from her that you'll need in order for her to be a functioning, well fleshed out character.
