Okay so all I can really say here is you need to go into more detail, especially with her personality. People are more then one note traits, and our goal is to try and make your character as realistic as possible. Add more to her personality and that way you can learn more about her yourself.

Yep. UA is in Japan, that's where the entire franchise is set apart from the two heros movie. This works but again, I recommend adding more detail, like more significant points on her life and some other stuff she's been through.
The only issue here is Shinou isn't in the hero course in the anime (yet) I assume he will be in the manga but I'm not caught up. Shinso is in the general studies course, so either she's in that course or they're not in the same class. (Unless we're talking about way into the manga)

I think the word you're looking for is a metal staff? The quirk's fine and the fighting style makes sense.

These stats are fine but it doesn't matter what your character thinks of themselves, these are facts about the character put into number form. It's okay to say a character is attractive without them being a Marysue if that's what you're scared about. Just make sure that you stat the fact, not opinion.
Final thoughts You really just need to develop this further and work out the finer details of what's going on. That's honestly all I really have to say so good job.
