Sounds like a basic but effective concept, be careful narrowing the possibilities like that though.

Okay so this is pretty good and there's not much for me to say. Only problem is you gotta be careful with contradicting personality traits such as bubbly with a no care attitude. It can work, but it's hard to pull off.

These are fine but I suggest adding more detail and showing how these relationships develop the character and help them move forward to make them more detailed and fleshed out.

This is pretty good but make sure their reasonings aren't too common. As far as bullying goes, try to make it so there is some sort of reason, since not fitting in is incredibly common.

Okay so I feel like there has to be some kind of magic involved because heros don't have to have powers to be heros, so there has to be some level of supernatural involved. Unless you go the my hero academia route where everyone has superpowers.

I suggest either lowering that 5 or balancing it out with a 1.
Final thoughts Some pretty good concepts and designs here. All you need to do is some more fleshing out and smoothing over some of the bumps that don't quite add up, but apart from that, good job!
