Characters like this aren't really hard to find unfortunately. The whole bad-ass mischief maker is a very common place character in a lot of series'. I recommend developing his personality further and improving and building upon what you've already come up with.
Not many fifteen year olds are lean and muscular, barely anyone that age is incredibly well built and the traits condradict one another. You don't have to change this because I don't see it as important and it is possible, but I thought I'd point it out.

Okay this is very blunt, we need more information. How did the president kill his dad? How was his mum put in a coma? How did he cope? Just develop theirs further and add more details to add to his character and for this to make more sense.

Since this is a new universe and concept, you need to explain stuff like omega class.

These stats are very high as he is presented as being above average with everything he does and is. Stats need to be balanced for the character to work and not be op. Three of these stats are 9 or above, normally I recommend one of those at most, since that can then be balanced out with another stat being around 1. If that makes sense?
Final thoughts I like the concepts and some aspects of this character, but I definitely recommend developing him further and adding to his character in order to make him work better in the universe.
