These are some interesting concepts and I actually really like the sound of this character. There isn't actually that much I can tell you to improve upon here except maybe go into more detail about her personality so that it's very defined.

I'm a sucker for good fantasy story and this sounds pretty good. All I can say is that in the actual story, make sure it's well written and detailed so that these new concepts can be fully explained and be fleshed out.

Final thoughts I really like the concepts and this character, all you really need to do is develop her further and make sure she's fleshed out as much as possible. I really like her, so good job!
