I really like her design and she sounds interesting but you haven't told me anything about her personality, and that is probably the most important part of making a character. So, I recommend developing her personality and writing it down in a descriptive paragraph in order to have something to go off and develop her further.

I guess this makes sense, since she's a demon and all. Maybe naming who created her and who her friends are would add to this though.

This is interesting and I like the concept of making new terrors from body parts, but I think adding more detail and coming up with more significant points in her life could really add to this character and make her feel more fleshed out.

I recommend lowering some of these stats because they're pretty high and we want characters to be as balanced as possible.
Final thoughts I like the concepts and design of this character, but like most characters I review it needs more development and additions. Definitely work on getting her personality scripted and sorting out that aspect. Apart from that, good job.
