Chapter 38 Bad Timing

Alsriel's POV
*You saw (Y/N) fall to the ground
"(Y/N)!"you called out
"Hey get up!"
*You shake his body to try to wake him up.But failed
*Frisk touched his forehead.
"His fever got worse.We got to get him somewhere to cool his head"Frisk
"Happstablook said she lives next to Napstablook.Lets hurry and get him there"Chara
"Right"Me and Chara
*Frisk and Chara carried (Y/N)
*You started crying
"Hey Asriel its gonna be ok.Im sure he just pushed himself too much"Chara
"But I never seen him pass out before"

*I didn't stop running.I kept going and going until I finally stopped at the luminescent grass paths.I stopped to wipe my tears away and catch my breath.
(I didn't mean to say that.Ever since they appeared,(Y/N) always been nice to them and giving them attention.Now he's been hurting himself so much that it hurts to watch)

"We tried our best protecting ourselves but that doesn't mean we'll be alright all the time"Chara
"We didn't ask (Y/N) to take care of us.We didn't even trust him the first time we met"Chara

"..The other monsters don't look at you as humans or as an enemy.They see as their saviors.Saviors that would be sacrifice to set all Monsters free again"
"Is there anything we can do?"Frisk

"Humans souls are strong enough to pass through the barrier.You two would have to escape this place and never return"
"We can't do that"Frisk
"Why not?If you do then you'll be safe.No one will get hurt"
"But we'll be leaving (Y/N) behind"Frisk
"What about life in the surface?"
"Well the past week so far is pretty much more better than the surface"Chara
"What about your family?Im sure they're worrying about you"

"I don't want to go back Chara.I know I can live with you and your parents but..Living here feels better"Frisk

*Boom
*You felt your body getting hurt by flying rocks.You hear a loud ringing noise in your ears.You see Frisk and Chara trying to stand up on the stairs.

Next Time

<I know there's little itty bitty plot holes in the story like why Chara doesn't ask about her parents or why the first thing they want wasn't to leave back home.

Let's just say Frisk told Chara everything that happened before they fell and the reason why they don't want to leave is because life in the Underground gave them so much joy they forget that they want to leave..Ok?
