Summary: 3/5
So something I like to do is tell you a little bit about why I chose each score and what I thought about each part to help you work on each part individually instead of throwing it all at the bottom and letting you be overwhelmed.
So your summary wasn't bad but I wasn't hooked. I gave it an average score because I see a lot of summaries like this that end up also being the prologue. The problem I have with this is, your description could have stood fine if you didn't put it in the prologue as well. Basically what I ended up doing is just repeating what I already read, which I found annoying because I just read it -- I don't want to read it twice. I would consider changing one of them to be something different to prevent your readers from reading the same thing twice.
Grammar: 4/5
I rarely give full scores so don't feel bad, I don't have much to say here. Your story is pretty clean grammar wise. I would just go over it to cleanse it of any mistakes but I didn't really see enough to distract the reading.
Character Building: 4/5
Your characters are well written and you fleshed them out well. Besides being a little clique I think they work well for your plot so without getting into anymore clique talk I will leave it at that.
Writing Style: 4/5
I do think you have a nice writing style, your book reads very well, with like little to no grammar mistakes, it has nice flow if we are throwing the clique part aside it does have a great flow and is very well done.
Plot + Originality: 2/5
Okay I won't lie I skipped right to the plot after reading the first chapter because I had to point this out first.
Starting your protagonist with waking up is the most over-used cliché on wattpad, I wanted to stop reading just because I felt like I already knew what I was about to read, but I continued to hope I would be wrong
After a few more chapters of reading, I was bored? I don't know how to feel, and without hurting your feelings, I'll try to put this nicely but I won't lie. Cliché, that's where I'll start right from the beginning with the character waking up, next to the romance part. It's hard to write romance on Wattpad I get it, I have a hard time writing it to.
No, your plot is not all bad, I did enjoy the fantasy vibe in it and it made it somewhat more interesting. But I do think your plot was well read.
OVERALL SCORE: 17/25
What I did like: I liked your grammar above all else. It was very nicely done! I did like your writing style as well you kept it neat and clean.
What I did not like: I didn't enjoy the plot nor the characters that much, I gave you a higher score for the characters because I ignored the cliché part and looked more on how they would stand as a person in life just being normal. But the cliché parts for both of these is what I did not like.
I think for what it is, I'm sure there are a lot of readers on Wattpad who would enjoy this, and I say that because there are a lot of people who enjoy reading these types of books. I myself am not a fan. But remember this is just my opinion I'm sure there are plenty who believe differently, don't let me get you down!
