you'd been with kira for a long time, yet neither of you had the courage to say i love you until one day.
working on a school project alone in a classroom, you glance up at her, she lifts her head up from staring at her books and gives you a sweet smile.
"everything okay?" she asks.
"perfectly fine," you smile, "you know... i love you, kira. i just had to say it."
her eyes crinkled slightly as her smile widened, "i love you too, y/n," she let out a giggle, "i can't believe we've never said it."
"me neither, but i want to tell you everyday... because it's true." you said, reaching over the table and taking hold of her hands.
she squeezed your hands lightly, "i think we should put a pause on this project and go and grab some pizza and head back to my place."
"i agree... i can't concentrate when you're sitting there looking cute." you laughed.
"me neither." kira grinned, packing up her stuff.
