"it's okay, lia. i'm here." you comfort her, taking hold of her hands.
"y/n... you have to leave i don't want to hurt you." she begged, looking up at you with her mesmerising blue eyes that were so scared yet beautiful.
"i'm not leaving you. i'm staying right here, because i love you." you said. it was the first time you'd told her.
as soon as she heard those words her eyes flickered and changed back, "you love me?"
you smiled, letting out a relieved sigh that she was human again, "yes, i love you so much."
malia grinned, "i love you, y/n... you're my anchor."
"i guess i am." you replied, squeezing her hands slightly before leaning towards her to kiss her.
