I gagged as PR guys blood oozed into the carpet.
"Y'all should clean that soon. You know how trucky bloodstains can be." Maeve said to Ashley as she stood up and left.

Ashley carefully stepped away from the blood puddle and into the hallway, where she imideatly began screaming for the janitor.

"Does that mean... the meeting is over?" Deep asked, and Homelander sighed, annoyed.

"You set one more foot near Red. They'll have to change your name to deepfried!" He yelled as his eyes continued to glow.

With that, A-Train wooshed away, and Deep backed up to the door, where he then began to sprint.

"I'm surrounded by morons! Useless meatbags!" He exclaimed angrily and slammed his fist on the table.

The squeaking of the janitor's cart came into earshot, and not long after, an old man made his way into the room and started mopping up the blood. After stopping the bleeding with his mop, he picked up the seperated half of the head and dumped it onto his cart. He struggled to get the rest of Brad up, and I walked over to help him. I dumped the body where he had thrown the first bit in, and he nodded a shakey thank you. Then, he continued to mop the floor.
The sound of the slorping mop against the floor was too much.

I walked over to Homelander and tugged on his arm to follow me.
We walked until I couldn't hear that sound anymore. Then I sat down against the wall.
