Sammy entered inside the shop with a smile, in his hand was a basket with a bunch of the best foods he could rummage up from the nearby food joints. Non of the foods on the Isle would ever compare to the foods in Auradon. But it was the thought that counts, right?

"Mkay, are you ready for the best night of your life?" He asked CJ excitedly, and she rolled her eyes from behind the counter.

"Just keep it down." CJ stated, knowing she was still going to be watched by the men that had been outside all day. Did they seriously have nothing better to do?

CJ had pick pocketed a few people on her way home today, if she ran into them then she'd bribe them. And if she got away without being seen, then that was just a few more dollars in her pockets.

"Father!" CJ shouted up, knowing her dad was a few floors above them. But he didn't answer. The Captain hadn't been out from his house all day, maybe because he was afraid of getting pranked again. Or because he looked so ridiculous he didn't want the rest of his crew to see.

"Father! Father! Father! Father!" CJ called out, getting louder and louder each time. Until a banging on the ceiling came above them, "WHAT!!!!!"

Sammy and her laughed softly before she turned her head upwards, "Harriet said she wants to do some extra training with me tonight, it's sunset, can I go?" She asked, holding her fingers crossed as she winked at Sammy.

There was a long silence, and both CJ and Sammy held their breath. What was really seconds felt like minutes, but finally he responded.

"Fine!" He shouted down, he didn't seem to put up much of a fight. The truth was, he didn't know how to respond to CJ at this moment. She ran away from home, brought back things and lied to him, and then the little stunt she pulled last night. Her maturing into who knows what was all happening too fast, he didn't know how to handle it.

CJ smiled brightly, and headed towards the back. She didn't care to lock up the place, nobody would be as stupid to rob Captain Hook. Then again, nobody would be as stupid to prank him either.

Sammy quickly followed her out the back, looking up before leaving to make sure nobody was watching them from the above windows. CJ looked around the corner, her father's men were still there. Dang, they were stupid.

CJ laughed and motioned for Sammy to follow her. He just chuckled, "It's actually this way."

CJ turned around and saw he was pointing in the other direction. She shook her head and stood upright, "Of course, I knew that."

Even with her friend, she was too stubborn to admit that she was wrong. That was one trait she had inherited from her father, that's for sure.

The two began walking, and the whole time Sammy just starred at CJ like a dork. Like the dork he was. CJ laughed, tucking her hair behind her ears along with a few braids. "Why are you starring at me like that, it's weird."

Sammy just laughed, before grabbing ahold of her hand. "Sorry, I just like beautiful things!"

CJ laughed playfully, hitting him in the shoulder and tearing her hand away from his. "Flirt. Is not a good color on you Sammy Smee."

Suddenly, she raised her hand in the air and stepped on her tippy toes to get someone's attention. "Harry!" CJ shouted, seeing her brother down at the docks. He smiled and shouted to them, "GIVE ME A MINUTE!"

Sammy's smile dropped from his face as he set the basket down on the wet ground. He looked at CJ a little nervously, "He's not coming with us, right?"

CJ looked at him, completely oblivious to his pain and his feelings. "Yeah, he's been working hard. On God knows what, I don't know. And I've seen stars in Auradon but Harry's never seen them before. I invited Harriet too but she said that she's not as childish as I am and how her time can't be waisted-"

Sammy listened to her for a moment, but his face. His face turned into a look that CJ had never seen before, he was truly distraught about something.

But what?

"CJ." Sammy stated, cutting her off as he grabbed her hands in his. "I just wanted it to be you and me."

CJ pulled her hands away and her eyes widened, she looked Sammy up and down. She knew something was wrong, and she knew she had caused it. But, she soon became very worried about it. For some reason, she truly cared about this boy and seeing his sad long face was causing her to be sad too. Why?

"Wait." CJ stated, "You didn't think this was like...a date? Right?"

Sammy looked away and pressed his lips together tightly, hurting. He now realized that CJ still didn't know, and she still didn't feel the same way. The boy looked at Harry as he was talking to others on the docks, shaking his head as he moved his eyes back to CJ.

"I don't know, I- I wanted it to be." He stated, "CJ I've had a crush on you since I was like ten."

At this CJ took a few steps backwards, her eyes were wide. She had no idea, sure mutiple times he'd come and hold her hands or make flirty comments towards her. But, she thought that was just Sammy being Sammy. Apparently not...
