'Come to forks mom and dad says, well have a few laughs meet some new people mom and dad says, it be like we're on an adventure mom and dad say'.
Then why do i get a bad feeling that when they said meeting new people?
I voiced my opinion in my head cause not only would they think im selfish, but this move was important.
Mom got a job as a nurse, and dad just retired from the Army and job a job in forks police department.
He toke it cause not only did he say it was a good transition from seeing blood and Gore on the badly feild, to fighting crime like he saw on cop movies.
But his best friend was chief of the police department.
Mom says i meet Charlie when i was a baby, a few times before dad was deployed out of the safe small town.
Threw out the move, I borrowed on my parent enthusiasm for the move, and slept most of it in the car.
At least until mom or dad wake me up to see us enter the city's and small towns we pass by.
My parents did this cause one, they knew i didn't like it, but we're proud i was giving this a shot like i always did, instead of throwing tantrums like most of my friends that have a parent or parents in the service, whether is military, MI 6 or heck other teenagers of the U.S. Army.
My parents were not only shocked but scared that one day their perfect little girl won't take it anymore.
So we stop and get suvinors and take pictures.
That's the only time, i don't piggyback on what my parents are feeling.
And bouns, since we moved from Texas, from out family home that belong to an ancestor, i get to bring my horse jasper.
Speaking of Jasper he woke me up this time.
Mom then said looking at me.
"Hey sweet heart, perfect timeing were almost there".
I looked out the windows to see trees, very green trees.
The feeling of unease got to me and I looked to my parents and again borrowed there happiness.
I then said.
"Yay".
Jasper stomped his hoves, and became vocal.
I pet him and said as he imeaditly calm down.
"What's wrong major"?
He nieghed and mom said.
"Is Jasper okay"?
Jasper relaxed and i said being honest.
"I don't know he's never been like this before".
I got Jasper on my lap and contiued to pet him.
We past the forks sign and Jasper looked out the window.
Since Jasper is a dwarf horse, I didn't have to worry about him falling out the window.
I rolled it down so he can have fresh air.
Dad then said as we past town.
"Why don't you and Jasper explore the town, me and your mother set up the horse".
I nodded and said.
"Okay".
Once mom pulled up to the dinner she handed me money and said.
"Get you and Jasper a treat okay.
You know school will start soon, you sure you don't want to stay home".
Ever since my parents found out about our family tree they imeaditly understood who i toke after in charm.
Jasper Whitlock was known to be charismatic, he was the youngest major in the Texas calvary during the silver war and then suddenly he dissappeared.
No one found a body, but i doubt it, feeling that has out there.
I know crazy, but hay mom says to trust my gut.
I then said.
"I can't be inside a house forever mom.
Someday I'm going to be out in the world, might as well work on it".
She smiled and i got Jasper horse leash on and we got out.
The car pulled away and the feeling of fear and danger crept on my.
Jasper nibbled at my sleeves and i looked at him and those bad feelings melted away.
I then said.
"Why don't we see what the outlet has"?
He nayed and as we walked people stared and Jasper imeaditly went crazy.
Something scared him.
I then said petting him, holding onto him.
"Easy Jasper".
He nayed and i looked up when i heared someone stop and sounded concerned.
"He okay"?
I looked up to see the most beautiful person i ever seen, it was impossible for him to be that gorgeous.
I then said recovering, although my six sense is screaming danger, he was calm, means no harm.
Not only that he's protective.
I then said as Jasper calms down.
"Something just spooked Jasper, were new, should of known that this was going to happen".
The guy neeled down and said as he looked me in the eye.
I then thought not feeling forced to speak.
'Does that stare usualy work for you'.
"Jasper, unique name for a dwarf horse".
I then said.
"Hes named after my ancestor Jasper Whitlock".
His eyes slightly widened at the name and he siad.
"Or y/n Whitlock".
My eyes narrowed as i said.
"How did you-.
(I was sucked into his aura.
And i saw the truth.
Blood, death, red eyes.)
What the heck are you"!
I got up and picked up Jasper and backed up.
The guy then said.
"Easy, i dont mean you harm.
My name's Edward, i know your name cause Alice saw you coming the moment your family learned about your relation to Jasper Whitlock.
Your powers are like his but stronger, different, you figure out what I am just mintues after meeting me.
You can trust me".
I then said.
"If i did, give me one good reason".
Edward then said.
"You won't believe me, but youll believe your kin".
I then said relaxing.
"He's still alive,
(I shock my head and looked at Edward still on edge.)
Wait how do you know stuff about me.
(I then guessed it, he knew what i was going to say before I spoke, that can only mean one thing.)
Mind reading".
Edward smiled and said holding out his hand.
"You coming"?
I looked at Jasper and said.
"As long as you don't eat my horse".
Edward said softly .
"Trust me, i would never do anything that will hurt you".
I toke his hand and he lead me amd Jasper to his car.
I said seeing it.
"A Volvo"?
Edward then said smiling.
"You know your cars".
I then said as i went to the passengers seat, him already there with the door open for.
"Alittle bit, I know more about horses since i used to be a brunko rider".
Edward was in the driver seat and started driving.
When he went fast, i bucked up and held Jasper.
Once the car stopped Edward was out and opening the passenger door again.
I then said once out again.
"I thought i was a speed demon".
Edward then said smiling.
"Most humans don't like stepping out of their comfert zones".
I then said.
"Well, i have to find some way to spend my time, my power can multiple the people around me with thinking".
We walked to the most beautoful house i ever seen.
Edward then said.
"So you got Jasper to help table your gift".
I then said.
"Yeah, more of horse person than dogs".
Once inside i saw jasper.
My ancestor, he looks like his picture but different.
Edward then said looking at my ancestor.
"Y/n meet Jasper, Jasper meet y/n".
Jasper got up and said smiling holding his hand out.
"Hello".
I toke it and said imeaditly feeling hos power.
"Edward wasn't kidding".
Jasper smiled and said seeing my horse.
"You be surprised".
Jasper then said petting the horse.
"Hey there Jasper, it's nice to meet you".
Jasper, the horse nayed and i said.
"Alice"?
The women, who i guess is Alice stood beside Jasper and said smiling st me.
"Yes"?
I then said feeling the connectuon between her and my ancestor, and smiled.
"Hi".
She then said hugging me.
"Its nice to meet you in person.
(She felt my hair.)
And look Jasper, she has your curls".
Jasper then said.
"I know".
I then said looking at the others.
"I won't tell anyone, God knows i seen so many movies that have the end result to humans reaction to the supernaturl".
Edward then said.
"We know".
I then said seeing it gdtting dark out.
"Im afriad to wake up and this be a dream".
Edward then said.
"Believe me it isn't, and becareful how you use your gift okay, there's others like us that gather powers like yours, so well be close".
I nodded and Jasper my horse yawned.
I picked him up and said.
"I know major".
Once Edward dropped me off at my house we looked into each others eyes and after a moment of silence.
He said.
"If you have anyother questions, let me know okay".
I nodded and got out and watched as he left.
What a whirlwind.
