(Y/n's pov)

I closed my eyes in order to tune out the sounds of the day class girls screams.
💙'Just be understanding, they can't help who they like, thpugh i don't understand what draws them to them in the first place'💙.
I turned to Zero and said as i leaned my head against the tree.
"They are vampires zero.
(I sighed and rubbed my forehead of the headache forming.)
Like predictor flower plants, their looks are a honey trap of sorts.
It draws the prey in and their hooked. but this,
(The girls squealed more and i covered my ears and clenched my teeth.)
is getting annoying".
He lightly smiled and said aloud this time.
"Be glad that you don't have my vampires super hearing".
I nodded agreeing with him.
I then said standing up.
"Well, we both know these day class girls can be like a pack of wolves, they scratch and yuki bleeds then those vampires eyes will flash red.
The secret will be out and the peace and the hard work that the head master has put into this place will turn to dust.
Alot of people will get hurt".
Zero nodded and stood up and followed me to help yuki.
That's when I heared his mind, kaname kuran.
Though I couldn't see him, i knew he was staring.
'So beautiful and so brave, why won't she give me the gift of her smile like she gives to others'?

The moments he saw of me from his window when it was day time flashed in his head.
I smiled at everyone here, except for him.
The moment I set foot in this world with no way back home, i had to steel myself and keep myself from falling in love with someone I couldn't have.
Besides I can't give myself away either.
The moment i stepped foot here, i changed.
I was given something and im afriad that if i made the slightest mistake, then I would be put in the night class.
My freedom and independence, would be gone.
That's why I made such a scene when mister cross handed me the skirt, since i was maybe and inch or two smaller than zero, the skirt would look smaller on me.
Since legally the head master adopted me four years ago when he found me with vampire blood spilled on me, luckily not injured and my father's marine crowbar knife, he decided to take me in.
I wore a day class uniform, but with the jeans and no heels.
But the pain that came after kaname's thoughts almost made me slip.
I slightly turned my head, enough to see him with my new eyes.
Every girl in the day class was more excited to see the night class cause they hope to be asked by one of the night class boys to the ball.
But the girls had other plans, they ran and carried me with them.
I said as I got in the a firm stand on the steps.
"Okay that's -".
Aido grabbed my wrist and said.
"Need a hand fending them off"?
I looked at him with a set face and raised my eyebrow.
'Really'?
He laughed and said pulling me in.
"Just kidding".
I pulled my wrist away from him and said staring him down and he looked like he was going to faint.
"Next time you touch me ill break that hand.
(The intimidation comes with being a pureblood, luckly i explained it as being raised and living as a military dependent.)
Do i make myself clear"?
He said shrinking away from me.
"Yes day class president".
Aido out of every aristocrat vampire, was the nicest out of them all.
So it pained me to be mean to him.
I then said relaxing.
"Sorry Aido, just been nursing this headache since i woke up this morning.
(Who knew penting up ones emotions that activates one pureblood's powers could take such a toll on one's health.
I don't drink blood and i stick to the tablets, lucky i don't carry them or otherwise my secret is out.
The blood tablets give off a scent, they linger on and mix with one's scent.
I take it in my room and then shower.)
It hasn't gone away yet and in a bit of a crabby mood".
He then said wording like a little brother.
"Which part of your head hurts, are you warm do you have a fever"?
I then said rubbing my head.
"Just the left corner, but it'll eventually let up.
Ill be fine".
Kaname then said coming over.
"I rather not see you suffer,
(He pecked my forehead and the pain went away and said smiling.)
There all better.
(I felt it and was axting shocked.
He replied with a similar look that wasn't genuine, 'he knows'.)
After all i would like to be able to dance with you way the ball, but you won't be able to if you have a head ache".
I than said plauing my part, confused at his action.
"Ueah, i guess you must be right.
(I felt my head and asked.)
How did you do that"?
He smield and said.
"Its just one of the things that i can do.
(He touched my hand and said.)
Ill see you at the ball".

I left the dorm when zero came in.
I can't believe kaname now knows my secret.
Zero stopped me and asked.
"Y/n what's wrong"?
I then said lowly, below human audible hearing, and only low enough for zero to hear me.
"He knows, he knows what i am".
Zero froze and said.
"Then you can't go to the ball, if he-".
I then said.
"I'm don't hiding zero, besides i worked hard this ball gives me the oppurtiny to relax and have fun.
For however short it will be".

I looked to the window when i felt kanames eues on my back.
To be frank, when he found out, i was shocked, but I didn't feel scared, i felt safe.
I finally smiled at him.
He looked shocked and i could see my smiling face looking back at me in my mind since i was reading his mind at the moment.

I waved at him and zero and i began walking.
I didn't have to worry about my test scores, sure yuki's scores bring the day class down, but since i got here, the day and night class never worked the event

Only those that broke the rules.
Zero then said as he was just spitballing to pass the time.
"So, what color you whereing to the ball"?
I smiled at zero, he's changed alot since i was able to turn him into an aristocratic.
A tear i only posses, and that seemd to piss Marie off that zero wasn't effected by her presence.

Of course she couldn't do anything to me, not while im here in cross academy.
Supposedly I'm the strongest pureblood, stronger than her.
But I'm equal to kaname in skill and wits.
Speaking of Marie, i passed her and said in her head.
'You come near him and ill end you, and you have no idea who your messing with'.
She fell to her neeks as i syfined her powers and she felt it.
I looked away from her and stayed close to zero in case she got any ideas.

Being a pureblood ment I was capable of many things, and if she thought she hand the upper hand she'll learn that when you mess with the bull, you'll get the horns.
