(Y/n's pov)
Before Seabrook the only people i felt comfertable with were my big brother Wyatt, big sister Willa and my bestie wynter.
The whole pack were family, no one felt they don't fit in.
But that changed real quick after we got our moon stone back thanks to one human girl named Addison.
Thanks to her, werewolves zombies and humans were getting along.
But the transition for me to make new friends outside my family was rough to say the least.
Hi my name's y/n lykensen, and today was one of my bad days.

I was walking to my next class when i heared giggling.
I looked up but i wish i didn't.
Addison was laughing at something Zed said to her.
Seeing how they didn't care how different they are they fit right in.
But I don't fit in cause when humans and zombies look at me i can't help but feel like they are judging my actions and are afriad of me.

I felt like a kicked puppy.
I went to my next class and thank God it was the one i shared with Willa.
Wyatt is an amazing older brother, but sometimes the line between protective older brother and werewolf guard dog get blurred.
Willa the only one of our family of three that believes in not fragile and she won't bombard me with questions.
She then said seeing how i looked sitting down.
"Y/n You alright"?
I shock my head and i said looking at every one else in the room.
"I don't fit in here".
Will patted my back and smiled, she always knew what to say.
But her advice to day was so cheesy that i honeslty don't know what to do with it.
"You will, maybe you just need someone to help you ".
I mentally rolled my eyes, she's basically saying I need to find my soulmate.
She besides Wyatt knew I felt like a fish out of water since I was a kid.
But after going to mom and dad they explained I feel more differently cause a piece of me is out there waiting.
And that was my soulmate and before they died they said why i felt out of place in our own pack was because my soulmate wasn't a werewolf.
Having learned the story of how we lost our moonstone Wyatt imeaditly toke the job of guard dog.
Humans toke away our way to live and we almost died if it hadnt been for Addison finding it.
'Imagen what would of happened if her soulmate is human and turns on her'!
Wyatt said to Willa just last week when she tried to stop him from scaring ever human male in the school away from me.
'You really want to see our baby sister not only get hurt but her heart broken'?
Luckily today was sort of a lazy day at school, so when the bell rang i got out and i wished i was fast enough cause i saw a pair of soulmates found eachother.
If you didn't see it happen you won't believe who they were.
It was Bucky Addison's cousin and Elizabeth, Zed best gal pal zombie.
It wasn't like i wasnt happy for them.
But just seeing them find eachother was enough to make me cry.
Elizabeth must of saw me cause she said trying to come over and comfert me.
She's the only other Zombie beside Bonzo, Zed and Zed's little sister Zoey that I realy clicked with.
What Zoey is a sweet heart and an amazing kid.
"Y/n You okay"?
I then said wipping my eyes pulling myself together.
"Yeah, just something in my eye".
I left quickly and went to my secret spot in campus.
I dropped my back pack and cried.
I held onto my neeks as i sat down curled up in a ball.
I looked my mom's and dads moonstone that I had wrapped around my wrist in a braid.
I then cried some more not smelling someone approaching me.
'Why mom, dad.
Why do I have to suffer'?
Then a twig snapped and i turned to seeing it scale from the woods.
I stopped crying long enough to smell it wasn't a werewolf or a human.
But a zombie.
I growled and they came out.
It was Zed, he held his hands up and said calmly.
"Easy y/n it's just me".
I relaxed and said turning my back from him.
"Sorry".

He sat by me and said trying to cheer me up.
"A girl as pretty as you shouldn't be crying.
No come om lets see thay happy Wolfe smile".
I felt better, with him close i felt better.
I smiled feeling truley content.
He then said placing his hand on mine.
"There she is".
That's when the spark went off.
We looked at each other deeply and he said holding my cheek.
"All this time you been right next door to Seabrook".
I then said.
"And you were only a few miles away".
He then said smiling.
"Well that explains why i felt so contacted to you right away.
Why i would walk by you and the other werewolves and feel-".
We said at the same time.
"Complete".
We laughed and he said.
"And what I been feeling since we meet was the bond.
(He rubbed his neck and continued.)
I been growing a massive crush on you".
I rubbed my neck and said looking away nerves.
"Me to actually".
Zed then said turning my face to look at him.
"So o guess we're a couple now"?
I nodded, but he and i remembered something when we started talking about telling the others.
"We got to tell Zoey, willa and w-".
I then said.
"If Wyatt finds out he'll probably kill you.
I just found you, im not losing you so quickly".
He then said holding my hand.
"Hey, we'll tell them all when were ready.
Plus I never been in a secret relashionshop before".
I shrugged my shoulders and said.
"Me neither.
(I remembered how perceptive Willa is.)
But my sister will know somethings up".
Zed yhen said.
"She's cool qith you finding a soul mate right"?
I nodded.
He then said .
"And shes cool with me being your friend.
I don't see the harm of telling her and out freinds Addison and bree".
I rhen said.
"Then bree will tell Bonzo.
And then elzabeth eill find out".
Zed then said seeing where im going.
"Well ask them not to tell Wyatt yet.
Now, you want to go on a date tommorrow and celebrate"?
I nodded and he said pecking me cheek.
"Great.
Ill meet you in zombietown around 7:30".
We both left to join back at Seabrook high and i caught up with my pack to go home to the den.
I went to sleep before the others .
When tommorrow became today i was so excited I imeaditly told my big sister, bree and addison at lunch.
Willa smiled and hugged me saying.
"Im so happy for you".
Brew then said having a fun idea.
"Maybe me and you can have a double date,".
I then said.
"It will be after Wyatt finds out but sounds like fun".
Addison then said posing a great question.
"But if we don't want Wyatt to find out you found your soulmate and that your dating.
How are you going to get ready without him catching you"?
I then said holding my head imeaditly panicing.
"Oh i didn't think of that, my rooms right across from his".
Willa then said smiling.
"Leave that to us.
Now let's go, and get you ready".
(Time skip)

Addison picked my blue off sleeve spagetti strap blouse.
Willa picked my skinny ripped jeans and bree just finished braiding my hair.
Addison then said looking at me.
"You look gorgeous".
Beer then said holding a tube of light pink lib gloss.
"Now all you need is alittle lib gloss then your good to go-".
Wyatt then said arms folded and leaning against my door way.
"Go where "?
Willa then said smiling.
"We thought that since its the weekend we all have a girls night out".
Addison then said.
"Go shopping and fund some cute stuff".
Bree then said.
"Plus there's this blue color lib stick y/n might like".
Wyatt believed their story and he said smiling.
"Okay, you girls have fun".
He left and i sighed in my head.
Addison then said hands on my shoulders.
"Now let's go".
I nodded and we all walked to Zombietown.
Upon entering zombie town we saw Zed waiting.
Wearing a red shirt and nice jeans, along with a red brown jacket.
Once he looked up he said seeing me.
"Wow, you look amazing".
I then said putting a stray hair behind my ear.
"And you look handsome".
He held his arm out and i toke it.
He lead me to the coach froyo cart.
The couch then said smiling.
"Zed hey, so nice to see you .
(The coach then said seeing me.)
Wow y/n don't you look beautiful.
(I blushed and he said seeing that i was holding Zeds hand as i also held his arm.)
Oh you two are on a date.
(He rubbed his hands and said.)
Well how about a froyo on the house for my best football star and star recruit".
Zed then said smiling looking at me.
"Your planing on joining the foot ball team"?
I nodded and said.
"Yeah".
He smiled amd the coach gave us vanilla froyo
Once i tryed it i love the taste.
Zed and i walked to a pizza parlor and then something went terribly wrong.
A sound of something breaking made us look to where it came from.
A zombies a band broke and now he was coming toward us.
He threw a chair and it hit me.
I played on the ground as the z patrol came to help get the zombie a new z band.
Zed came to me saying.
"You okay"?
I then shook my head and he said picking me up.
"Lets get you to the den and fast".
He had to run at zombie speed cause he saw i was about to pass out.

Upon entering the den Wyatt came out and that's when i blacked out.

(Zeds pov)
Wyatt saw me holding y/n then said.
"What the hell happened y/n was out on her first girls night"!?
Will came out and bree and addison were with her.
I then said calmly, ready to tell the truth.
"Wyatt, y/n and I were on a date.
(He looked pissed and willa came beside me and bree and addison stood by my left.)
Im so sorry but a zombies a band broke and she got hurt".

Wyatt looked at y/n and said mumbling.
"We'll talk about this later you need to leave, she has a soulmate".
Will then said to her brother.
"No Wyatt, he is her soulmate.
(Willa moved my serve to show a mark that wasn't there before.
It glowed as the one on y/n's wrist.)
He's family now and if you don't except it that youll be the one breaking y/ns heart, not protecting her".
Will held her arms out and said.
"Give her to me.
You can wait in the den living room".
I gave y/n to her big sister and willa went away
Addison then said staying with me as well as bree.
"She'll be okay".
I then said.
"I know, i just can't believe she got hurt".
Wyatt left and we waited.
(Y/n's pov)
I woke up to see my big brother curing me of my injurys.
I then said.
"Wyatt"?
He imeaditly hugged me.
He then said.
"Next time, don't lie to me.
Im just glad your okay.
And on that note young pup.
(He crossed his arms.)
Explain why i shouldn't rip Zed apart".
I then said as a tear fell.
"Ever since i was little Wyatt i felt like an outcast in my own pack when i shouldn't.
But with Zed, i feel complete.
I'm finally happy and don't feel out of place.
Your so overprotective Wyatt that honestly you aren't acting like my brother.
(He listened his arms and looked sad.)
I want my brothers approval not a guard dogs.
I can look after my self, it's about time you let me instead of treating me like i pup.
I love him Wyatt more than anything else".
Wyatt then said .
"You'll see him again after you healed up.
(He sighed and said smiling.)
That's what a big brother should say.
But you'll probably heal a bit more with your soulmate with you.
So until you are fully healed, me or willa will be with you".
I hugged him and he helped me to the living room of the den.
I see Zed and he stood up.
Wyatt let me go and i walked to Zed and he said holding me.
"Thank god your okay".
I held Zeds cheek and he kissed me.
I kissed him back.
Once we pulled away, Wyatt said.
"Look after her Zed, shes fragile".
I groaned in embrassement and said.
"Wyatt stop that ".
Zed then said holding me carefully.
"I promise".
He hugged me and the girls cheered.
Addison and bree must of fallen asleep cause wjen they woke up they asked what happened.
Willa explained that i got hurt from a zombie who lost control cause his a band broke.
Zed then said.
"I love you y/n".
I then said.
"And i love you two zed".
I pecked his lips and his cheek went pink.
Sure my first date didn't end the way i hoped but hey it was still the best one yet.
