A/N: It was a idea I had and started to type out but lost the plot and went mind blank. So, it's got a bit writing but it's not completed or really went far in the ship direction, sadly.
But I've agreed to not just keep deleting my work and upload them anyway. So, enjoy it if you're happy to read unfished work and just skip if you don't want to bother with reading unfinished work.

Katie would never call herself as an Delinquent even if she did end up going to a school that was mostly known for having delinquent like students there. She only went to the school because it was closest to home and when she was a child, the students at the school were respectful and lived by a code. Her brother had gone to that school and had been the right hand man to the "leader" of the school delinquents.
They had helped more than they had hurt.
She had grown up feeling safe around the students from that school and always admiring them. But with respecting the students so much, she also watched the school's downfall. It had broken her heart when a new leader had gotten greedy and wanted more power. That strength was deemed more important than living by a reasonable code.
She watched as the school was seen for teenager gangs and bad decision.
It was also a school where those with bad grades were sent and those that were good students but bad in schooling would be targeted as weak and bullied harshly.
She was disgusted over the way the school had grown to be and all the good memories and praise once talked over such a school was slowly being forgotten and replaced by awful warnings instead.
Some had hoped that maybe the school would turn around again in the early days but it never did. All the hard work and changes made by leader after leader for years were all forgotten. The old rules replaced by proving one's strength and causing trouble for all those they saw as weaker.
Her parents weren't happy when she had decided on that school for her high school experience. But her brother had been proud, knew she could wear his old school uniform and protect people instead of causing them to suffer. He knew that change started with one person and he knew she could encourage others to embrace change at that school.
She wasn't sent unprepared, her brother had taught her some self defence and his old classmate, the ex leader, had passed on his own advised. Both promising that if she gets herself into too much trouble, to phone them and they'd come running. Neither cared over an adult beating up a bunch of teenagers would be frown upon, they'd keep her safe.
She learnt early on to keep her hair short. Long hair was easily grabbed and if her hairband was pulled free, her hair would leave her blind in a fight as it smacks her in the face. So, she kept it short.
Standing up for herself the first time someone had assumed she was weak had gone in her favour. She kindly requested they stopped and when that didn't work, she took out their knees before taking them down alone.
