Voltron is connected through every universe they're in. 

Their life source links them all through their bond throughout every alternate universe. 

Any lion can ain a peek into another universe and see what life was being lived there.

To see all the good and all the bad without having any power to change anything in that universe, only able to see glimpse of another life. 

Katie allowed herself to float through Voltron's link when she was asleep. She liked to drift into the other alternate universes and see glimpse over all the different versions of life that are lived. 

Voltron isn't always a weapon, sometimes it's created into something else. Voltron gains more forms of usefulness and are shaped in so many ways that it seems like magic on it's own. 

In other universes Voltron is never found, left floating in space somewhere out that or crashed years ago and never discovered, never would be. 

It leaves Katie seeing the ways the other universes find uses for Voltron, how they've decided to shape them for their own better gain. And how some universes had found peace without Voltron and living without ever knowing over Voltron. Never knowing over the power that stays floating in their space or crashed somewhere well hidden. 

Katie's seen her many lives in the other universes, seen what roles she had played and the many different ways she's been born into their world. She's been alien, human and so many more. 

She see's the good and the bad in all alternate universes.

But her favourite alternate universe is one that lives peacefully without Voltron ever being found or needed. How the universe has grown and survived, having suffered in their own forms of history but without involving too much war where all of space was pulled into it's problems. How earth sits unfound, too young to join the rest of their universe just yet and how the Garrison was never built or even a thought in that universe. 

How none of the paladins she's grown to known had ever met, they had all lived such simple lives. Such a life seemed boring and dull.

But Katie found it interesting, they just live as what she's heard others call normal lives. 

It's sad that they'd never meet, never bond and grown to be a family of their own. But it's nice to watch them live happily, to face their hardships and live a simple life without ever crossing paths.
