You and Derek were at your brother's birthday party and you were dancing to a slow song. Your head resting on Derek's shoulder.
Suddenly he placed his finger on your chin making you look at him. You both smiled looking in each others eyes. It was a bittersweet moment knowing this was the last time you'd see him for a while. You were taking in every piece of his face. His emerald green eyes, his cute dimples and that amazing smile. You were thinking about how lucky you were that a guy like Derek actually noticed you.
Your thoughts were interrupted by two soft lips meeting yours. That was your first kiss..and it was perfect. You both smiled when he pulled away.
"Took you long enough.." you said giving him a teasing smile before putting your arms around his neck and kissing him again.
