The fact that "God calls all the stars by name" and "not one is missing" (Psalm 147:4 & Isaiah 40:26) goes to show that God does not miss any of our unique needs and desires even in the midst of this busy, cosmic machine and it's grand play we are caught up in.
He knows each star by name.
Therefore He knows each of you by name.
"By the greatness of His might and the strength of His power not one is missing"; so also with your desires and needs. God would cease to be God if your way could become hidden from Him or if He could somehow overlook your just claim. (v. 27) Take courage O my soul: The Creator has His eye and His intimate thoughts on you! You are not missed or forgotten!
