Praise God that despite our many flaws and weaknesses, He never expects nor calls us to be downcast-always but rather has called us to REJOICE ALWAYS. (See 1 Thessalonians 5:16, Philippians 3:1 & 3, 4:4; Isaiah 64:5, Psalm 105:3, etc...) Even when He disciplines us, He does not bid us to despair but to simply accept...
"...My son, do not despise (DO NOT BE PRIDEFUL AGAINST) the chastening of the Lord , Nor be discouraged (DO NOT DESPAIR) when you are rebuked by Him; For whom the Lord loves He chastens, And scourges every son whom He receives.” ~Hebrews 12:5-6
...for mysteriously, Abba Father rejoices over those He has redeemed and is redeeming.
"My son, if your heart is wise, My heart will rejoice—indeed, I myself; Yes, my inmost being will rejoice When your lips speak right things." ~Proverbs 23:15-16
"You shall also be a crown of glory In the hand of the Lord , And a royal diadem In the hand of your God. You shall no longer be termed Forsaken, Nor shall your land any more be termed Desolate; But you shall be called Hephzibah, and your land Beulah; For the Lord delights in you, And your land shall be married.
