AS YOU WAIT ON HIS MERCY, YOUR JOY WILL BE RENEWED

Have I wearied the Lord with my serial struggles and wardrobe of weaknesses?

"Have you not known? Have you not heard? I, the everlasting God, the Lord; The Creator of the ends of the earth, neither faint nor am weary.
My understanding is unsearchable. I give power to the weak, And to those who have no might I increase strength.
Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall. But they shall renew their strength/joy [see Nehemiah 8:10], those who wait on Me. They shall mount up with wings like eagles. They shall run and not be weary. They shall walk and not faint." ~Isaiah 40:28-31

"And I will wait on the Lord, Who hides His face from the house of Jacob; And I will hope in Him." ~Isaiah 8:17

"And it will be said in that day: “Behold, this is our God; We have waited for Him, and He will save us. This is the Lord; We have waited for Him. We will be glad and rejoice in His salvation.” ~Isaiah 25:9

"Yes, in the way of Your judgments, O Lord, we have waited for You; The desire of our soul is for Your name And for the remembrance of You. With my soul I have desired You in the night, Yes, by my spirit within me I will seek You early; For when Your judgments are in the earth, The inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness." ~Isaiah 26:8-9

"Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.“ The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “Therefore I hope in Him!” The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, To the soul who seeks Him. It is good that one should hope and wait quietly For the salvation of the Lord." ~Lamentations 3:22-26

"For you were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? But if you hope for what you do not see, you eagerly wait for it with perseverance." ~Romans 8:24-25

"Therefore the Lord will wait, that He may be gracious to you; And therefore He will be exalted, that He may have mercy on you. For the Lord is a God of justice; Blessed are all those who wait for Him." ~Isaiah 30:18
