I hastily walked through the gate and closed it behind me, not saying a word to Lisa. I made footsteps as if I was walking away and lowered the sound of my shoes, eventually stopping. I heard her chuckle and moments later, her bike revved to life. I peeped through the hole and saw her bike drove away and once it was out of earshot, I ran toward the house and screamed my lungs out from the overflowing excitement and embarrassment.

Oh my god, Jennie! Why are you so impulsive around her?! Are you out of your mind?! Why did you kiss her?! Again?!

I screamed inside my head as I plopped my body down onto the couch in the living room. I groaned and punched the couch, muffling the screams I was letting out. My cheeks were slowly being dusted with red as the events from earlier ran through my head, my mouth forming a wide smile at Lisa's sweetness. She's such a tease!

I lay on my back and sighed in happiness. My hand reached out to my chest as I felt it pounding on my rib cage. "Heart, slow down! No need to rush, you'll catch her soon," I smiled like an idiot as I thought about what I said, making me kick my feet on the couch like a kid, "Eeehhh~"

I sat up as a thought flashed in my mind. Oh shit!

Tomorrow's the opening of the carnival and Lisa will be there!

Oh my god! I need some pretty clothes to wear!

I panicked as I clumsily stood up and went upstairs to rummage through my closet.

I let my body fall face flat on my now clothes-covered bed. I groaned as I couldn't find anything good to wear!

What am I going to do?

I immediately sat up at the thought of Rosé. I started to rummage through the clothes on my bed to find my phone. I'll call Rosé to accompany me at the mall but I stopped when I remembered that we left her at the parking lot. She might be angry at me for leaving her there.

I groaned in frustration at the loss of hope when I heard my phone ring from somewhere around the bed. I started to feel annoyed at the amount of clothes covering my phone but I finally caught grasp of it and looked at the caller ID. Speak of the devil.

I sighed and answered, "y-yeah?" I asked, slightly scared because Angry Rosé is a Scary Rosé.

"I need something to wear," she said on the line in a dejected voice, making me sigh in relief.
