Having shrunk the stature of his body down to the size of an ordinary human Chong Tianzi had freed himself out of the siege but he doesn't choose to attack the Nether Realm Warship.

The moment he broke free the warship had redirected all its energy towards defense making it a solidified fortress that cannot be crushed quickly.

With that being the case Chong Tianzi isn't confident enough to shatter its barrier for the strength he can demonstrate in this artificial world is seemingly limited to what the Asura Monarch himself is capable of.

[...]

Having heard the commotion behind him Hua Luo immediately turns his attention to Chong Tianzi and tosses the lightning bolt in his right hand.

*...!* in a single flash the lightning bolt closes in on Chong Tianzi giving him not a lot of time to react.

As soon as he sees the lightning bolt's approach Chong Tianzi's left eye twitched in alarm but he quickly regains his composure by reaching his right hand out to it.

[Dammit!]

*BOOM!!!!!* despite having caught the lightning bolt and prevented it from impaling him Chong Tianzi's expression turns grim quickly at the realization that this lightning bolt contains both the Asura Monarch's Absolute Law and the seven powers that backed up Hua Luo's cultivation base.

Compared to the Asura Monarch who had to deal with the unexpected detonation of the river that caused the rotation of his cultivation base to be disturbed Chong Tianzi had an easier time suppressing this weapon but it wasn't that much easier when he had to deal with the eight different sources of power backing it up.

[*Sigh*]

Towards this experience of Chong Tianzi and himself being toyed with in this manner the Asura Monarch sighs as the sea of Yin and Yang Fox Fire settles.

Something like this is a first for both him and Chong Tianzi.

Had they been at their prime none of this is even thinkable for regardless of how powerful a practitioner was their pressure alone in their prime state would have been more than enough to kill them.

[Fortune goes to the worthy was it?]

Even if the thought from before had been odd the Asura Monarch is rather confident about it.

The spear that came to him that year must have been launched by Ye Gui Feng.

If he was told that everything had been planned out ahead of time since the very beginning the Asura Monarch can't help but to accept it.

However, there were clearly a large number of luck being factored into all of this to bring about the current results.

[Fortune? That may very well be so. Not even I had expected a weapon like that to come into my hands so readily.]

[However just how long can your fortune last?]

[I tend to think positively so I'd say my luck won't ever run out. Especially when I've gained control over my own destiny.]

Looking to the sword held in Hua Luo's left hand the Asura Monarch can only issue a light nod seeing as how it is a manifestation of the former's history and eventual future.

[All that aside would it truly be too much to ask you to give up on the Dao Lotus? If you aim to kill Chong Tianzi and the second person, Di Tian I would be more than happy to assist you with it.]

Mentioning the name of Ji Di Tian Hua Luo's eyes emanate with killing intent and coldness.

The person who had destroyed all that Mo Ye Zi considered precious is none other than the Monarch of the Absolute End.

And as one of Mo Ye Zi's numerous fragments Hua Luo possesses an instinctive level of hatred for Ji Di Tian.

This sort of hatred is something that extends to all the other fragments regardless of them being mortals or practitioner.

It is a force of drive that is meant to push all the fragments to seek vengeance much like the inner demon that can haunt a practitioner's Dao heart.

[You should realize that fighting against me is only going to be a drain on your strength.]

Presenting a sound argument to the Asura Monarch in no way at all does Hua Luo show an air of inferiority. If he hopes to negotiate with the Asura Monarch he had to demonstrate that he is an equal, someone worthy of striking a deal with.

[...]

If it was before the Asura Monarch would readily refuse. At the same time he is surprised to find out that Hua Luo had realized the possible existence of Ji Di Tian within this artificial world.

Having exchanged several hits with Hua Luo the Asura Monarch realized that he had underestimated this mortal.

This enemy is a lot more difficult to take down than he had originally anticipated and with that being the case the Asura Monarch can't help but reconsider his previous thoughts about the Dao Lotus.

More so than Hua Luo's abilities there is also the imminent threat Duo Tian that may bring.
