Nothing is eternal for all is but an everchanging dream with the state of dreaming being the only thing that is consider...
Accompanying the sharp redirection of Ye Gui Feng and the demonic self's attention is a force of energy that would easily cause someone beneath their cultivation base to experience a head splitting soul shock but-
"I say is this any way to greet someone?"
The moment this force of energy comes into contact with Duo Tian it readily dissipates like a droplet of water onto the surface of an ocean.
The current appearance of Duo Tian is that of a young child, the form that he had taken upon his initial appearance before Ji Di Tian and held in his right hand is the oriental fan that is the manifestation of his First Heaven.
[I plead that you excuse their behavior just now your highness. Both of them aren't exactly... Relaxed just yet.]
Facing Duo Tian Yi clasps his hands together and bows in a respectful manner that is reminiscent of an official addressing their ruler.
Thinking of the distant past Yi finds it strangely amusing to see himself instinctively assuming this posture again.
Knowing that they had indeed committed a rude offense under the tension Ye Gui Feng and the demonic self had no choice but to show a similar level of respect to Duo Tian.
Dismissing the awkwardness that is in the air with a wave Duo Tian looks up at the dark skies with a sigh.
"This world... There's quite a handful of interesting things here."
Obtaining a general grasp of this world's layout and situation Duo Tian smiles and as he pries deeper into this world the smile on his face gains a hint of cruelty as he discovers the existence of the gray-haired Eternal, Ye Can.
"Despite being a Half-Monarch he can still move in this situation? Impressive but that doesn't excuse him of punishment for using my Absolute Law."
Knowing that the person in question won't be going anywhere at this time Duo Tian turns his attention back on the three before him.
"Well it's not too difficult to fix the aftermath of that battle but a bit of time will still be required."
[Then?]
"Everything has a price. But none of you need to shoulder it. I'll simply take it from the others."
With an ominous purple glow Duo Tian directs his eyes towards the Primordial Continent of Immortals that stands above this world.
Amongst the nine Exalted Celestials that resides there Duo Tian is especially interested in Long Feng Zi.

Perhaps reading Duo Tian's thoughts Yi raises a soft comment.
"Oh?"
Knowing that "him" refers to Long Feng Zi Duo Tian looks intently at Yi. Despite there not being a hint of hostile intent in Duo Tian's gaze Yi still felt a sense of anxiety when he is the target of their focus.
"Seems like someone with a story to them. I'm looking forward to that meeting even more. I won't demand something unreasonable out of them but the others I cannot guarantee."
[I'm grateful towards your highness's generosity.]
"Enough flattery. Knowing that you're his disciple you're not as submissive as you make yourself out to be. Now then... I do wish to get a closer look at the Dao Lotus."
Not a request but a factual claim and towards this Yi can't help but awkwardly scratch his cheek as he looks to Ye Gui Feng and the demonic self.
Under the circumstances in which he is a target of their wariness Yi didn't think to himself that he would have any speaking rights on the matter.
Inwardly sighing Ye Gui Feng knew that he had little choice in the matter in allowing Duo Tian to see Xiao Lian. The fact that the latter had spoken his thoughts out loud was already him giving them more than enough face.
[Please.]
With a satisfied smile Duo Tian turns around and waves to the 350 weapon spirits.
Upon receiving this gesture these weapon spirits gave a light bow in Duo Tian's direction before vanishing from sight.
Having done that Duo Tian begins to approach the mundane courtyard.
Pushing his hand out against the air Ye Gui Feng causes the two doors of the courtyard to open.
"Hmm."
Looking around the interiors of the courtyard that is relatively undamaged aside from a few marks a series of random thoughts flashed in Duo Tian's head before his eyes settled onto Xiao Lian.
"This is the Dao Lotus then?"
"..."
Meeting Duo Tian's purple eyes that looks capable of piercing into her very soul Xiao Lian felt slightly nervous but she maintains a straightened back with her shoulders positioned at even heights.
"That painting of yours is rather interesting."
Shifting his focus off Xiao Lian and redirecting it to Ye Gui Feng Duo Tian maintains an odd smile.
[Does your highness have any advice on how it may be improved?]
"An artist of any craft can never be satisfied with their works. But that's not to say that an outsider can just approach it and add a few strokes of their own liking. Such an act would only be boorish."
Normally Duo Tian would simply stop there but he felt a strange sense of liking towards this family that just managed to overcome what many would see as an impossible to survive calamity.
"If you wish to send her into reincarnation and have her become a human in her next life using that painting as a form of protection, your chance of success looks rather decent."
A feeling of relief washes over Ye Gui Feng's heart in hearing these words of assurance.
"Yi come with me for a bit. There's some matters that we need to discuss."
[...? Very well then.]
A puzzled expression appears on his face but Yi still chooses to comply with Duo Tian.
