Stepping into Exalted Celestial Ji Mie Zi's palace Duo Tian looks the throne room with a hint of distaste.

The entirety of this throne room is a hall that stretches for around 110 meters in length with practitioners of the Earth Paragon level of cultivation and beyond being stationed on both sides.

It goes without saying that all the people within this throne room are frozen in place.

Decorating the supportive pillars that held the roof of this colossal hall up are banners and the further one moves down this hall the more extravagant the design of these banners became.

As all these banners possess a different design each of them must belong to a different subordinate group of Ji Mie Zi.

Looking at this arrangement Duo Tian readily assumes that the closer one is to the throne the higher their status is.

Stopping a few meters away from Ji Mie Zi who is seated on a throne Duo Tian finds the man dressed in a set of black and red robes to be an immediate eyesore.

The back of Ji Mie Zi's throne is so high that it can nearly touch the ceiling and behind that throne is a single banner whose size greatly surpasses all the banners that decorated the pillars of this hall.

"Hmm."

Looking to Ji Mie Zi with evident disdain on his lips Duo Tian displaces their positions in the next instance.

"Not too bad in comfort."

Adjusting himself to Ji Mie Zi's throne and settling himself in Duo Tian eventually looks to the throne's owner and with the point of his finger Ji Mie Zi is released from the bounds of frozen time.

"...!"

Abruptly dragged out of his imprisonment Ji Mie Zi's eyes are readily showered by an overwhelming amount of light causing him to experience a temporary state of blindness.

"Who are you?"

Upon recovering his vision Ji Mie Zi immediately notices Duo Tian who is seated arrogantly on his throne.

"Who I am is a matter of little importance."

Resting his chin on his right fist Duo Tian looks to Ji Mie Zi without hiding his disdain.

"What's important is that you owe me."

Unable to comprehend the meaning behind Duo Tian's words the sword sigils contained in Ji Mie Zi's eyes released a flash of crimson radiance.

"As arrogant as I thought you'd be."

Towards Ji Mie Zi who had closed the gap between them in a single step Duo Tian raises his left hand and lowers it softly.

"...!?"

*Boom!!!* feeling a powerful force of energy crushing down his back Ji Mie Zi finds himself planted on the ground in the very next instance.

In a natural manner Duo Tian presses his right foot down on the side of Ji Mie Zi's head.

"There's nothing more satisfying than to rest my foot down on an arrogant person's head."

"..."

Finding himself unable to lift his head Ji Mie Zi felt as if he had been reduced to a mere mortal while the foot that is placed over the side of his head seems to hold the weight of a mountain.

"N-... Just who are you?"

Despite his instincts warning him to not offend the person seated on his throne his attitude that is a result of his many years of being an arrogant ruler won out in the end.

"..."

*Boom!* kicking Ji Mie Zi lightly Duo Tian sends the person propelling backwards and upon them landing on the ground the force of his kick continues to drag them backwards until they come to a rolling stop.

"Ack..."

Pressing his hands against the ground Ji Mie Zi finds himself in a pool of his own blood. Had that kick possessed anymore force behind it his head would have definitely been reduced into chunks.

"Ugh..."

By the time Ji Mie Zi manages to pull himself off the ground and come to a stand Duo Tian is already less than a few meters away from him.

"You said... I owe you something?"

Realizing that the mysterious stranger before his eyes possesses more than enough strength to pulverize him Ji Mie Zi gave into his feelings of dread to surrender to Duo Tian's whims.

"Heh."

Replying to Ji Mie Zi's intention to surrender Duo Tian waves his finger before forming a fist with his right hand.

"There's some people in this world who are just born with a face that naturally attracts a beating."

The moment these words are said by Duo Tian Ji Mie Zi's complexion pales as his instincts screamed at him to run as far away as possible from the monster before him.

"No need to be so concerned. I'll be sure to spare you with at least one breath before taking all your valuables and locking you back into the halted flows of time."
