As soon as the number of dragons that are circling around him drops to seven Hua Luo opens his eyes.
*Boom! Boom! Boom!* the situation may be dire but there wasn't a hint of despair to be seen or felt from Hua Luo's person as he calmly faces the blinding flares that show no signs of stopping.
At this moment he is akin to a blade that had just been drawn from its sheath as his eyes give off a chilling gleam of silver radiance.
Thread by thread the veins of blood that are inside of the crystal bones change from red to gold and following this the powers of life, death, reincarnation, and Absolute Laws rises to a height that surpasses the other three powers.
With numerous threads of gold coiling around his corporeal right hand Hua Luo raises it to the level of his chest before flicking it outwards.
Guided by this movement the threads unwrap themselves from Hua Luo's forearm and slices through the air.
[Passionate Music Moves the Heart.]
*Thump.* as golden threads dance freely in the air a sound similar to the noise of a zither's string being plucked emanates from them.
*Thump. Thump. Thump. Thump. Thump. Thump. Thump. Thump. Thump.* and as this sound continues to played a tune that stimulates the grief within a person's heart is formed.
One by one simplistic rowboats crafted from dark wood manifests to surround the cubic prison.
[Uh?]
Seeing these flat-bottomed rowboats increasing at an exponential rate Chong Tianzi can't help but frown in distaste.
The number one thing a person hates when their goal is nearly within reached is an unexpected development and Original Monarchs are no exceptions to this.
Following the appearance of these rowboats is a humanoid shadow who stood at the boat's forefront.
Each of these shadows worn hooded black robes that obscured their bodies and facial features away from the prying eyes.
And held in each shadow's hand is a lantern that is hung upon a branch like stick.
These lanterns resembled the damaged lantern Hua Luo had brought out previously giving hints to these shadows being related to the Hell River Sect in some way.
[Leading Souls on the Journey Through the Yellow Springs.]
As the shadows begin to wave the lanterns in their hand as if to draw the attention of those who are invisible to the naked eyes the ghostly figure of numerous individuals appears behind their backs.
These individuals varied in age ranging from children to the elderly.
Some were mortals and some were cultivators and judging by the way these individuals are dressed it's easy to tell that they had all come from different backgrounds and different eras.
Judging by their attire and air several are clearly from less than fortunate families while a few are kings and empresses of a great nation.

[...]
*Boom! Boom! Boom!* the moment these ghosts made their appearance an eerie sense of silence looms in the air causing Hua Luo and the three Original Monarchs to become deaf to the sound of the ongoing explosions.
It goes without saying that many of these ghosts' faces are unknown to the three Original Monarchs who are present.
But there are clearly a handful of individuals that are Half-Monarchs or people with a cultivation base that is nearly about to reach that realm of power.
And despite their differences in background and era these people all share the commonality of having been alive at one point and each of them has interacted with Hua Luo and Mo Ye Zi in the distant past.
(He...?)
Borrowing Hua Luo's eyes and looking through the walls of this prison Ye Gui Feng can't help but feel dazed as he managed to recognize a few of the many individuals amongst these ghosts.
(Miao Tian Huan, Miao Ying'er...)
Other than them there is also a large gathering of Luo family clansmen amongst these numbers.
(...!?)
As if struck by a bolt of lightning the sight of five specific Luo family clansmen being there on one of the many rowboats instantly sent Ye Gui Feng into a spiraling pool of confusion.
(Why are they...?)
Being connected with Hua Luo and Yi at this time Ye Gui Feng knew that only the diseased can appear on these rowboats. But it is exactly because he knew this fact that he is confused by their appearance.
(*Sigh*)
As the phantom figure of Yi manifests behind Hua Luo his eyes look pass the cubic prison's walls and land onto one of the many rowboats.
This rowboat specifically has only two individuals standing upon its body.
One being the hooded shadow and the other-
(Ting'er...)
Is a young woman at the prime of her beauty.
This woman is dressed in a regal set of black robes that would look more fitting to be worn by a man rather than a woman.
The dragon and phoenix like embroideries that are present on the robes gave off the impression of this being an emperor's raiment.
Further evidence of this attire being fit for the emperor of a powerful nation would have to be the miǎn (冕) crown that rests upon the woman's head.
[Soon.]
Hearing Hua Luo's reminder Yi replies with a light nod before vanishing from sight.
[Ming Ye Chuan...]
Although it is impossible to see Ji Di Tian's face one can easily imagine what kind of expression he must have on his face when he has muttered this name in a begrudging tone.
