*-!!!!!!!!!!!* in the split second that follows after Chong Tianzi's final command the entirety of the cubic prison is engulfed in flames as the skeletal frame made up of the former's raiment ignites itself ablaze like a candle and detonates!

Trapped inside of this prison and forced to bear the full brunt of the detonation's impact both Hua Luo and the Asura Monarch felt their scalps throbbing in pain as blood drips from the corner of their mouths!

As an Original Monarch with numerous Absolute Laws aiding him in his defenses it goes without saying that the Asura Monarch has managed to bear the impact with greater readiness than Hua Luo.

But despite having numerous Absolute Laws to reinforce his defense the complexion of the Asura Monarch's face couldn't possibly be described as well.

*...! ...! ...! ...! ...! ...!* rapidly the golden aura that covers the Asura Monarch's body begins to dim and-

*...! ...! ...! ...! ...! ...!* with every level that this golden aura drops by it was as if a layer of protective skin had been peeled away from his flesh!

Paying close attention to the golden aura that is protecting his body the Asura Monarch narrows his eyes.

The blood essence contained in the mist that came from the components of Chong Tianzi's raiment can only be described as overbearing for it is actually capable of piercing through the golden shroud while working to slowly disassemble the energy that makes up its structure.

Having realized this the Asura Monarch knew that within a minute or two his body will be completely exposed to the disastrous heatwave.

[Hmph the blood essence contained in this mist is impressive. When I get the chance I'll definitely beat the whereabouts of it out of you!]

Despite how dire the situation is the Asura Monarch snorts coldly as his gaze pierces through the domains of this prison and lands onto Chong Tianzi.

Even now the Asura Monarch is moving his hand to draw out a string of unknown runes to enhance his defense.

[You'll have to survive this first.]

Under these circumstances Chong Tianzi has little doubt that the Asura Monarch won't have any chances of survival for regardless of how much he reinforced his defense all he was doing is preventing the inevitable from happening slower.

[I'll admit the strength in this blood essence does tempt my heart.]

Impressed by the strength contained in this blood essence as well Hua Luo possessed the same thought as the Asura Monarch.

Right now each of the defensive talismans he had brought out has a corner of their body stained in a shade of rust like coloration.

And reflecting the talismans' sustained damage the nine phantom dragons that are circling around Hua Luo has a portion of their bodies covered in a similar shade.

Keeping his eyes closed Hua Luo continues to channel all his strength to his corporeal right hand and inside of the crystal bones threads of blood manifests.

In the same instance the power of Ming Ye Chuan's blood erupts from Hua Luo's body to fight back against the unknown blood essence of Chong Tianzi's raiment!

For a brief instance the power of Ming Ye Chuan's blood pushes the unknown blood essence's power back but rather quickly the latter pushes back with greater ferocity than before causing the shade of rust like colors that are present on the talismans and dragons to spread at a faster rate!

Observing this change the Asura Monarch can't help but show a look of surprise to see the power in Ming Ye Chuan's blood suppressed by this unknown blood essence.

Sensing the changes Hua Luo spreads his brows apart but his surprise quickly changes to that of contemplation in the next instance.

(...Did this blood essence come from something that is even more ancient than the Original Monarchs?)

The first thought that appeared in Hua Luo's mind is this.

If a human is able to reach this thought it goes without saying that both the Asura Monarch and Ji Di Tian had come to the same conclusions.

Boom!* although these explosions didn't hold nearly as much power as the initial detonation that set everything ablaze the sheer quantity of them stacked on top of one another still makes them a major threat for Hua Luo and the Asura Monarch as their defenses are gradually torn apart!

For an instance the two felt as if the world inside of the cubic prison is akin to a pool of boiling oil with each explosion that went off being the result of water droplets falling onto its scalding surface!

*Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom! Boom!* under the constant battering of these blasts it didn't take long for the number of dragons that are circling around Hua Luo to drop down to seven with a batch of talismans incinerated by the heat!
