Constricting his eyes Hua Luo looks to the golden handprint that is rapidly shrinking in size until all of it thoroughly sucked into the black hole along with any traces of the lightning sea.

For a moment a tranquil sense of silence looms in the air.

Although Ji Di Tian had ended up being swallowed into the black hole he was very much still alive and is continuing his assimilation process.

(Hmph since it's come down to this I don't see why I should be satisfied with just taking Shura's lightning.)

(A method to plunder the Absolute Laws of another.)

Recalling the brief exchange between Ji Di Tian and Chong Tianzi thoughts flashed rapidly within Hua Luo's head.

(Since I've attacked him with my own Absolute Laws before I should also be in a situation that is similar to Chong Tianzi. But the fact that I'm not meant he either didn't see the need to absorb my Absolute Laws or he is unable to.)

Not seeing the needs to plunder his Absolute Law sounds logical.

From Ji Di Tian's point of view what use did he have for a human's Absolute Law that doesn't come anywhere close to the laws he already possesses?

However, thinking things over-

(My Absolute Laws might not be of any use to him but what about the azure colored spirit energy? Its existence is related to Absolute Laws and since it was able to harm him he should be interested enough to want to plunder it.)

And yet Ji Di Tian didn't show any signs of doing so.

This meant he is most likely unable to acquire it for himself despite having come into direct contact with it.

(His abilities to plunder Chong Tianzi's Absolute Law must have a prerequisite that doesn't just involve simplistic contact. I just need to be aware of what this prerequisite is and I should be fine but...)

Attempting to figure out what this prerequisite is without a single hint to go off of is no different from trying to find a needle in a vast sea of haystacks with the risks of this needle stabbing one's eye out while being on the search for it.

(I only have one chance at this and letting him plunder or understand the azure colored spirit energy is detrimental to the future...)

Gleaming with a light of decisiveness Hua Luo draws the phantom blade away from the black hole by manipulating its actual body that is looming over his head.

Putting a few hundred meters' worth of distance between the phantom blade and the black hole Hua Luo directs the blade's tip toward the latter before he-

(The less the amount of sampling he can obtain now the better!)

Pushes his right hand forward to stab the phantom blade into the black hole!

As soon as half of the phantom blade's body is lunged into the dark rift-

[Finally made his next move I see.]

Surrounded by a sea of darkness made the phantom blade's entry into the black hole all the more obvious to Ji Di Tian as he raises his mangled right hand and pushes back.

*...!!!!!* blood bursts from Ji Di Tian's mangled arm as a result of him applying strength onto the damaged muscles but despite the damages to his body he still manages to send out a series of devastating shockwaves!

*...!!! ...!!! ...!!! ...!!! ...!!!* as soon as the phantom blade clashes with the shockwaves that are layered over the other a series of muffled explosions went off!

*...!!! ...!!! ...!!! ...!!! ...!!!* and with every layer the phantom blade manages to puncture its speed would decrease drastically until it is completely stopped in its track!

Having stopped the phantom blade from approaching him Ji Di Tian slaps the air with his right hand and casts another shockwave that held more than enough force to toss the blade back to Hua Luo!

With his attention focused entirely on the phantom blade Hua Luo immediately noticed that an inch of it had been pushed out of the black hole and as soon as this happens he-

[Seventh blade.]

Appears at the pommel of the phantom blade's main body and kicks it to send it flying forward!

In the blink of an eye the main body approaches its phantom projection and as they become a single unit the force gained from Hua Luo's kick is transferred over!

Propelled by this force the blade instantly closes most of the distance that separates it from Ji Di Tian!

[****!]

With only a single meter's worth of distance being all that prevents the spirit blade from impaling his chest Ji Di Tian utters one word in haste!

The effect of this word is instantaneous as the "space" inside of the black hole folds in on the spirit blade!

At this moment the spirit blade was the center of this dimension and being its center it was completely trapped within the hollows of a spatial prison with no means to continue its approach towards Ji Di Tian.

However even before a hint of relief can well up in his heart-

*...!!!!!!!!!!!!* the spirit blade explodes from within!

*...!!!!!* following the spirit blade's detonation a violent tremor runs through this dimension as the blast generated by this explosion smashes onto the spatial walls with great ferocity!

*...!!!!!* with the hollow of this world being forced to expand at an abnormal rate the entirety of this dimension begins to show a sign of instability as the colors of azure washes over it!

A young man dressed in black holding a blood colored sword that is the incarnation of his history.

A young woman with red eyes and white hair holding a spear with an aura of murderous intent exuding from her body.

A Yaksha with clear ruby horns charges with a black sword that is shrouded in a misty coat of demonic Qi.

A second woman dressed in a set of butterfly themed robes held a zither with its seven strings covered in the aura of sharpened sword intent.

A white robed young man with an ancient fan made up of the feathers of immortal cranes.

As his brain works to process this chaotic development that occurred in the span of a split second Ji Di Tian abruptly finds himself surrounded by these individuals.
