Having shot the Asura Monarch with a meaningful glance Hua Luo crosses his legs and closed his eyes in meditation to recover his expended strength.

He didn't know if the Asura Monarch will be able to break this prison on his own but since he has already expended most of his energy in the enactment of his Absolute Law there was nothing else he could hope to do now other than to recover some of his strength while looking for another opportunity to act.

Following Hua Luo's actions of entering a state of meditation the rowboats and the figures summoned by his Absolute Law vanishes completely but the ghostly mist continues to linger around the cubic prison.

With both Ji Di Tian and Chong Tianzi stunned by what an "inferior lifeform," what a human had just done before their eyes the Asura Monarch immediately took this development to be an opportunity.

(Looks like my connection with the natural energy is back.)

Being able to connect and control the energy that exists in one's natural environment again with the magic array that prevented it weakened the Asura Monarch no longer held back in his expenditure of power as bolts of concentrated lightning energy appears to surround him.

Holding one of the ten lightning bolts in his grasp the Asura Monarch takes aim and hurls it towards the ceiling of this prison with the remaining nine bolts in pursuit of the first!

In the blink of an eye the ten lightning bolts closes the distance between them and the prison's ceiling.

*!!!!!!* upon contact with the prison's upper panel the lightning bolts detonate to form a dense sea of electric energy!

*...! ...! ...! ...! ...! ...! ...!* under the battering assault of the electric energy the prison trembles violently as its cubic form begins to distort!

The most evident distortion of the prison's shape is naturally its upper panel that is bulging upwards.

Right now this panel of the prison is acting like a bottle seal would from being unable to contain the explosive energy that is attempting to escape from its confines!

*Kakakaka!* as the prison's distortion worsens cracks start to form on each of the six calligraphic characters that are meant to supported the damaged magic array's structure.

It goes without saying that the most damaged calligraphic character of the six is the one that is tagged onto the prison's top panel and as the magic array's sustained damage worsens the better the Asura Monarch's connection with the environmental energy that is outside of the prison became causing the bombardment of lightning energy to intensify!

[Dammit!]

Noticing a hint of electric energy seething outwards from the edges of the upper panel Ji Di Tian and Chong Tianzi finally regained their awareness towards the situation.

The first to make a move is Chong Tianzi who immediately waves his hand and spreads his divine sense outwards.

As he covers the entirety of the prison with his divine sense he calls upon his connection to the shattered pieces of the battle raiment that are lingering about.

In turn the lingering pieces of the raiment immediately begins to give off a glow of golden radiance while releasing an oppressive wave of pressure that begins to suppress the assaulting lightning energy.

Without stopping Chong Tianzi chants in a complex language while drawing out runes of unknown origin with his right hand.

Upon creation these runes would immediately fly towards the prison and glue themselves onto its body which results in the mending of the six calligraphic characters while reinforcing the magic array established by Ji Di Tian as a whole.

These measures taken by Chong Tianzi are indeed effective and as a show for it the assaulting lightning energy's ferocity begins to die down in intensity with the prison's structure starting to show a sign of stabilizing.

However-

With such an opportunity to escape at hand would the Asura Monarch be willing to relinquish it so easily?

[Change.]

Pointing to the sea of electric energy the Asura Monarch exerts his will upon it causing it to transform into the shape of a colossal spear of lightning!

The total length of this double headed spear's body made it touch both the upper and lower panels of the prison and controlling its body through his divine sense the Asura Monarch causes the spear to rotate as it drills its heads against both panels!

Without pausing the Asura Monarch approaches the spear and presses his hand against it while pouring more energy into its body.

*Crackle! CRACKLE! Crackle! CRACKLE! Crackle! CRACKLE! Crackle! CRACKLE!* as peals of lightning crackles explosively tendrils of electricity erupts from the spear as its body begins to elongate!

Faced with the lightning spear's drastic growth the prison's distortion worsens with both its upper and lower panels bulging outwards causing its shape to gradually resemble the form of a quartz crystal!

In that instance Ji Di Tian makes his move as he controls the two hands to press down on both the upper and lower panels of the prison to push the growing lightning spear back!

*CRACKLE! CRACKLE! CRACKLE! CRACKLE! CRACKLE! CRACKLE! CRACKLE!* with its room for growth forcefully reduced in scale the lightning spear releases a defiant roar and-

In that instance the lightning spear undergoes a second transformation as two more heads extend from the center of its shaft and stabs onto the side panels of the prison!

Now in the form of a cross concentrated beams of lightning simultaneously assaults four panels of the prison!

Towards this development both Ji Di Tian and Chong Tianzi clicks their tongues with irritation as they continue to suppress the explosive lightning energy that is attempting to break out of the prison from four different directions!
