The first to move was Yuzao Qian as the seven medallions before him changes the pitch of their screech.

In the same instance Akatuosi takes a step back as his figure vanishes from Ji Di Tian's sight and replacing his presence is a prison made up numerous sword Qi threads that trapped Ji Di Tian at its center.

[...]

As the Sacrificial Heaven Seal gives off a mild tremor in response to the replicas' change in pitch Ji Di Tian listens closely to the noise that originates from the replica medallions while comparing it to the noise that came from his own medallion.

(This is...)

Straining his ears Ji Di Tian gradually detects the oddity of the noise that is being produced by the medallions.

If one had to describe the sound that is produced by these medallions going off together it would be similar to hearing an amateur's disastrous instrumental play while the professional toils around them to make it so that their group's overall performance would at least sound decent to the ears of the audience.

(Melding the sounds that come from these medallions together to indirectly chant an incantation of some sort?)

Although it was subtle Ji Di Tian still manages to notice that the link connecting him to the Sacrificial Heaven Seal has begun to loosen as a result of this unknown chant.

Naturally this is Ji Di Tian's first time encountering such an absurd situation but his expression didn't show a hint of panic when his opponents are individuals that possesses a myriad number of unusual means.

(Does he wish to steal my seal.)

Decisively cutting off the energy that is being fed to the medallion Ji Di Tian stores it away with the bamboo flute.

Whether stealing the medallion was Yuzao Qian's intended goal or not Ji Di Tian knew that this has effectively made it difficult for him to use the Sacrificial Heaven Seal in front of the former until he can figure out a way to deal with the replica medallions.

[...]

Noticing how quick Ji Di Tian had been in responding to the situation Yuzao Qian inwardly sighs. It would be ideal if he was able to acquire the Sacrificial Heaven Seal but with how careful Ji Di Tian is he probably won't resort to using it until he can deal with the replica medallions' domineering effect over it.

[...]

Closing his eyes Ji Di Tian waves his right hand in the manner of throwing out a light slap.

But contrary to how light this slap might have seemed the moment it was executed a heavy force of wind pushes onto the threads of sword Qi that are positioned in front of Ji Di Tian.

*Crrrrrrrrink...* under the force of this violent gale the threads distort in shape as the sound of them being pulled to their limits is picked up by Akatuosi's ears and-

*...! ...! ...! ...! ...! ...!* similar to the strings of an instrument the threads of sword Qi that are blocking Ji Di Tian's path snaps rapidly until a clear road is created in front of him but-

Just as Ji Di Tian is about to take one step forward Akatuosi appears in front of him with his blade on the verge of falling towards the former's head.

[...]

Without doing anything to block this attack Ji Di Tian faces it calmly as he allows the blade to fall upon his head however-

*...!!!!!* the moment Akatuosi's blade is just a centimeter away a complex rune emanating with a violent force of energy appears to block the weapon off!

[This is... A seal?]

The amount of power that an Absolute Monarch like Ji Di Tian held during his prime is difficult to imagine for those who lived in the modern era and though this power may have diminished during the passage of time its sheer quantity made it so that it was possible for a remnant of it to remain.

In his weakened state it may be difficult for Ji Di Tian to contain his remnant powers of old but he could surely find some way to seal it and utilize it in battle should he truly be forced into a corner.

Realizing Ji Di Tian's intentions quickly Akatuosi backs away in the next instance and towards the latter's decision Ji Di Tian does nothing to stop him from leaving as he raises his right hand and-

*...!!!!!* without any hesitation he viciously slaps the seal that is on his forehead!

In the face of this slap that didn't hold anything back the seal that already has a crack on its body shatters completely and following its destruction-

*!!!!!!* a droning sound that cannot be described with words reverberates as the fluctuation of Ji Di Tian's cultivation base increases by an exponential amount!

[...]

Six, opening his eyes with a shade of darkness dying over the whites this number appears in Ji Di Tian's head. This is the total amount of minutes that he has to maintain his current state.

Attempting to surpass this limit would cause detrimental damage to his current body and though the strength he currently possesses under this state wasn't comparable to the strength he held during his prime he figured that this should still be more than enough to suppress both Yuzao Qian and Akatuosi.

[...]

[...]

Facing Ji Di Tian who had shattered the seal that was meant to hold back his remnant powers of old Yuzao Qian and Akatuosi immediately summons the embryonic bodies of the 18 celestial bodies that were originally Li Jiu Tian's nine Heavens.
