Nine rings formed of sutra scriptures marked the borders of this tiny dimension.

Within this world there was only a single landmass that was no bigger than a city capable of holding a population of around 100,000.

Seated in lotus position at the center of this landmass is a young man dressed in a set of gold and purple robes.

On the forehead of this young man is a sigil of fire that is constantly emitting a vibrant force of life energy.

This young man is none than Chong Tianzi's true self in the real world and just as it would seem as if he would continue to cultivate as a means to recover his full strength his body trembles.

At first this tremor was very subtle but as a single breath's worth of time passes it turns violent forcing Chong Tianzi to open his eyes.

Immediately an unpleasant taste wells up his throat as he spews out a mouthful of fresh blood.

As cold Qi and icy mist gathers together the figure of a well-proportioned woman appears by Chong Tianzi's side.

This woman is dressed in a pale blue set of robes and her deep blue eyes would readily cause others to focus upon her.

This was Cang Xue's true body that is still in a spiritual state but compared to her appearance that was in the artificial world created by the Asura Monarch's Absolute Law if one pays close enough attention they can evidently see pale white bones beneath her transparent flesh.

Evidently she is on the verge of forming a new physical body but-

[Why didn't you tell me earlier that your world actually has a monster like that...? My work for the last 500,000 years were nearly wasted!]

Having just spewed out a mouthful of life essence it goes without saying that she has suffered a setback.

Despite her tone showing anger the expression on Cang Xue's face is clearly that of terror as the memories of what she had experienced in the artificial world was transferred over to her true self.

[Because that Duo Tian shouldn't have been a threat in the first place!]

Recalling the horrifying power that came from Akatuosi's strike that was reinforced by the first three Heavens a bead of cold sweat rolls down Chong Tianzi's face.

Although the power he can demonstrate in the artificial world was limited Chong Tianzi had little faith in his current strength to be able to deter Duo Tian even if he was to challenge the latter as his true self.

Feeling the existence of the restriction that was implanted in their bodies by Akatuosi both Chong Tianzi and Cang Xue look to the other in which they can both see the helplessness in each other's eyes under their current predicament.

Attempting to remove this restriction through brute force runs the risks of suffering a harsh backlash and though this backlash might not kill them it would surely damage their cultivation base by a considerable degree.

When Chong Tianzi had made his intentions clear to Ji Di Tian in the artificial world he had drawn a clear line to separate himself from his former circle meaning aside from Cang Xue he is currently standing on his own.

To make matters worse-

Knowing that there will be trouble in the future the two goes completely silent.

Even if they wanted to make an effort to resist the enemy's visit did they have to ability to do so when the enemy has already placed an unknown restriction on their body?

Not a single person would feel pleasant to have their life placed under the control of another and a monarch is very much the same.

[From what I know of Li Jiu Tian he possesses nine Heavens but Duo Tian's incarnation only used three of them against me...]

[Does this mean that he can't use the remaining six or does this mean... He didn't see the need to use them?]

A deep wrinkle appears on Chong Tianzi's forehead as he thought of the same question as Cang Xue.

The significance between the two answers are as different as night and day.

If Duo Tian isn't able to use all nine of Li Jiu Tian's Heavens it meant that he hasn't reached the level of an Absolute Monarch whereas the second answer meant the exact opposite.

But forcing a monarch to just swallow such a bitter tasting defeat is impossible.
