Arriving on the grounds of the Ni Liu family the demonic self performs a thorough sweep of the territory in which numerous clansmen of the three family alliance positioned themselves around the area like statues.

Prior to the flows of time being halted some of these clansmen were in a state of deep mediation or had been conversing with one another.

Judging by the frozen expression on these individuals' faces none of them were aware of the situation that would befall them on this day and most likely even after they have been released from their current state they would fail to notice the time that were eternally robbed from them.

Ignoring the surroundings the demonic self quickly arrives in front of Yao Mu Ya's courtyard and without any pause in his movement he opens the doors.

Stepping into the residence three figures are seen sitting down together on a round table.

These three figures are Yao Mu Ya, Chi Hua Yao, and Chi Bing Mei.

Compared to Yao Mu Ya and Chi Hua Yao who seem to be engaged in an active conversation Chi Bing Mei had a more aloof expression on her face as she looked over the two.

One could only imagine the amount of awkwardness Yao Mu Ya must have felt when trying to talk to Chi Hua Yao under the elder sister's judgmental eyes.

Thinking of this a calm smile appears on the demonic self's face as he moves closer to Yao Mu Ya and proceeds to remove the storage ring that is on the latter's index finger.

Pouring the power of his cultivation base into the storage ring the demonic self quickly finds the item that he is looking for and retrieves it.

As a trail of light emerges from the storage ring it lands onto the demonic self's left hand and turns into the form of a three-eyed demon mask.

[*Sigh*]

Looking at this mask that was originally obtained from the Nie family the demonic self sighs as he thought back to his conversation with Die Fei.

Due to the odd properties of this mask Ye Gui Feng had given it to Yao Mu Ya to see if the latter can figure out its secrets for the mask's abilities to hide its wearer and disguise the wearer's arts is something that intrigued him.

Placing the storage ring back on Yao Mu Ya's finger the demonic self takes one last look at the trio before leaving with the mask in hand.

Having a specific destination in mind the demonic self begins to move towards it and within the span of a few breaths' worth of time he soon finds himself on the borderlines of the Ni Liu Star Region.

The clansmen of the Ni Liu family that are stationed here to prevent outsiders from entering their domain are also frozen like statues much like those that are back on the planet.

Looking at Planet Ni Liu for a full minute the demonic self instinctively knew that he won't return for a very, very long time.

[...Be...safe.]

Muttering a prayer beneath his breath the face of a young girl and the face of a young woman that he didn't know how he should treat appears in his mind.

[*Sigh*]

Exhaling a light sigh the demonic self faces forward and departs.
