January 13
"He answered and said, Lo, i see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God." -Daniel 3:25

This was during the time of King Nebuchadnezzar...when Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego was persecuted because of not worshipping the golden image instead they stood firm in their faith, they believed in their God.

Reading Dan. 3:25 makes me see how great the faith of these 3 men, their faith in God that no hurt was found in them not even the smell of smoke. (verse 27)

Their great faith resulted into...

-a great victory

-God was with them

Those 2 mentioned can't go alone, rather great victory and God's presence go together... If there is victory its because God is with them.

If God is with them, victory is inevitable. Without a doubt.

In all our battles, great or small God is with us... He will never leave us no forsake us, esp. during our darkest moments, we feel like God is nowhere to be found... You think we can survive it on our own? How can we ever survive it? In reality, i believe we are able to survive because God has sustained us...carrying us 'til we are fully recovered. We are able to stand, breath and walk because of His unfailing love and abundantly grace.

You can fully trust God if you truly know Him, like how Daniel knew his God and believe in Him that is why He is able to survive that lions dens without harm. And just like how Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego believed in their God despite what the King of Babylon planned to do... And because they stood in what they believed in and so God blessed them, they were able to receive their reward thru King Nebuchadnezer. (Verse 30)

And so if we stand firm in our faith in God today He will surely fight for us and give us the salvation we need, today and for tomorrow... As He did it in the past, surely He will do it in this time & forever because He never change. "Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever." - Hebrew 13:8
