"If you abide in Me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. By this my Father is glorified..." John 15:7-8

Many has read this verse and use it in a wrong way... But God made it clear, 'If you abide in Me and My words words abide in you...' while most people only see the, '...ask whatever you wish and it will be done for you...' part... God will only work in out lives only if we have lived a life that is after Him and His Word... and He will act out for His glory.
If our intentions aren't sincere and are only for wickedness, He will never answer our prayer... only if its for the expansion of His kingdom.
Two reason why God will bless us and answer our prayer:
One. If we have followed Him and have kept His Word in our hearts that will result in living out our faith for the world to see. That's what it means to abide in Him and His Word. Us being faithful to Him then He will be faithful in what He says in this verse.
Two. For His greater glory! Does it need to be explain? I don't think so... just know that life is about Him. Everything is about Him. So go to the world and glorify Him.
Remeber that. May you ask God anything with the intention of glorifying Him in everything in life.
