"Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measures to you again." -Matthew 7:1-2

We easily judge people... we have this keen ability to be able to point out others mistake, failure and unattractiveness in them. We remember others wrongdoings and talk behind there back or some cases we would complain to them face to face end up hurting those people. By doing so, we forgot that we are imperfect as well... All have sin and fall short of God's glory (Romans 3:23).
Instead of judging them why can't we first reflect on ourselves, and try to change our ways that draw us away from God.
As a christians we don't judge in a way of condemning them rather we should help them out to save them for we were once like them. Why not do the constructive criticism? Friendly way of telling them... in a way that it would be less painful... do it with love as God saved us all, He acted it out of love. Without love our actions leads to destruction. In vain.
Remember that in the same measure you judge you will be judge in the same manner... and so, be careful and be mindful of God. Fear God because He will judge as all. Keep it in mind, that though others lack in many different areas in life we are no different we are lacking too... but what set us apart is that we have a perfect God, so be more understanding, patient, kind and good, & loving towards them. Be like Jesus, who died for us while we were still sinner. In the same way accept people today as they are but be ever present in their lives today and be part of the change they will make in the future as God has watched over us and is guiding us to make us just like His Son, Jesus, not to make us God but to make as His child though we are not worthy to be one.
To God be the glory!
