"Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruits of their doing. Woe unto the wicked! It shall be ill with him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him." -Isaiah 3:10-11

This has to do with works, our works. The only difference is that the necessary reward for a given actions.

The righteous are those who has faith in Jesus Christ... In the old testament it was mentioned that because of Abraham's faith, it was counted unto him as righteousness. Faith that has works... That is you go into the world to do good and to love the world as God has love the world, that is the people...doing God's will and command, all for the glory of God. Faith with works.
They will receive their reward, the fruits of their actions - our eternal reward, that is life everlasting by God's grace thru Christ Jesus. That is one of the reward, the other is also eternal damnation -eternal suffering which is also called second death and you will get to experience it in hell.

Those 2 options or destinations will be base on you being righteous or wicked.
The righteous goes to heaven after they die. The wicked goes to hell. Us being either of the two will be base if we have God or not in our lives, if we have accepted Jesus as our Lord & Savior, the one whom God the Father sent.

God is the creator, the lawmaker, the judge, & the rewarder. May that be clear. He created all things. All things. Without Him nothing was and will be made. Everything came into existence because of Him. The standard is set by Him. The rules are laid down by Him. And we should live by Him as we are alive thru Him. Does that make sense?

God gets to decide who goes to heaven and who goes to hell that is why we should fear God and Him alone. Fear Him so that we sin not against our God. With that may all our actions please Him in the end. The righteous, having believe in God...and they fear God as well that is why their actions/works are all for the glory of God. While the wicked doesn't fear to do evil things its because they don't believe in God and they are not convince that there will be consequences. But its true there are consequences to all the sins we have commited. Whether you like it or not...its not yours to decide but God's.
But know that we are not save by works rather because of our faith by God's grace thru Christ Jesus.

We have believe in what Jesus did on the cross that is to give us life everlasting ang by God's grace the consequences of our sins Jesus has paid it all with His blood...that is how we are being saved.

I like a saying i read, (but sorry for not crediting to whom it was i forget)
'You don't do good works to be saved rather you do good works because you are saved.' That should how christians live their lives.

I've mentioned earlier regarding our spiritual life and eternal reward...this is also true in the physical world, you shall reap what you sow... If you sow evil then expect evil to come upon you... I mean how can you expect good things when all you've done was all evil, right? And so be careful in what you do 'cause i believe it will come back to you... Speak hope, love and life and surely it will come back to you but if you chose, despair, hate, & destruction expect those things as well in your life.

Just remember that as a christian, we should do all things for the glory of God...and if we do just that, i don't think we should worry...for the righteous need not to fear. Their reward will be great in heaven.

To God be the glory!
