"For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemn." -Matthew 12:37

We must be careful in what we have to say. May our words speak life to others and not to tear them apart rather build them up. To bring others up and not bring down. Everyone is facing a struggle, has experience pain and has lost something or someone... and so everyone needs kind words that will build them back up in every setback life has to offer. May we be those people that gives hope, peace, joy to others by speaking life to them thru love.
In whatever we say, the words we speak can either justify or condemn us... i am encouraging thru this verse to speak life because the only way we can be justified is if we speak nothing but God's Word... and that Word of God is Jesus Christ, He is the way, the truth and the life (John 14:6). Apart from Him, there's no life.
But if we chose to bring others down with our words we are allowing satan to be his instrument in bringing destruction to other people's lives and in our lives as well.
With our words, we can either give life or kill others with words... we can either lead people to life everlasting or to eternal suffering in hell. Knowing that we have a responsibility as a child of God to impart life to others, and to lead them to their salvation thru the Word of God... that is our duty and that is where we are justified when our words are guided and based on God's will and command.
Speak up your faith- help spring life to others thru your words, and may that Word be Jesus Christ Himself.
