Don't leave things until the last minute. Ignoring things you don't want to do will not make them go away. It's just not logical that your boss will change his mind before you have to turn something in so it's a good thing that you didn't do it. When you wait until the last minute to do things you get really stressed, the work doesn't get done as well as it could have because you're rushing, and you don't have time to do other things you enjoy more because you're rushing to finish something. It doesn't benefit anyone, trust me I know. I wait until close to a dead line before I make myself do something most of the time when I could've saved myself a lot of pain by doing it earlier. For example I always write my chapters at around ten at night when I'm exhausted and just want to roll into bed, if I had done them earlier in the day I would've had plenty of time to do my devotion at night and then go to sleep but it rarely ever works out like that. Save yourself the pain and do the work earlier so that you can really spend time doing the things you enjoy and growing closer to God.
