If you believe that God exist then you believe in Heaven. God is obviously not of this world and so then He must be somewhere else. (the Holy Spirt is different, it is all around this world right now I'm talking about the Father and Jesus) That somewhere else is Heaven, Heaven is His kingdom, His home. God loves us unconditionally so He wants us to live forever with Him in His home.

To address hell, yes God loves us all no matter what we do. He gave us freewill so that we can choose to love Him back. God isn't going to lock people in a from until the start loving Him so He doesn't force people to go to Heaven. There are many different ideas about what hell is like but I think the underling thing that matters about hell is that it's not where you want to spend a lot of time. Heaven is God's kingdom so it reflects God's beauty, love, goodness, and all the other aspects of His character, hell is not of God so it's everything not loving, not beautiful, and not good. God mourns for every lost person but He won't force them to be in His home when they rejected His love.
