Many people don't get very far in their faith because they don't see God working in their life. They don't see how God has changed their life. That's probably because He hasn't, God does change your life if He changes the way you live your life. You have to change the things you do and live like God tells you to if you want your life to be changed.  God never said he would fix our lives he said he would guide us through them.  In order for the world to change we need to change, because it is easier to stand for what's right if you have other people to stand with you.  This means that if you change you can cause many others to change. Everyone is waiting for someone else to do something but if everyone is waiting then no one will do anything. Your actions might not change the world they might not change your city but they might make a deference to someone. It could show someone who God is and it can change the way they live their lives. This will just lead to more and more people living like Christ tells us to and that one person that you changed will have made a difference as long as none of you lose faith.
