Make sure your actions line up with your words. If you tell people to be empathetic and say everyone is equal the treat people equally and with empathy. Live you your faith so it's visible in your actions, don't be showy about it but live so people can see your a christian. None of us are perfect so our words are going to say how you live God's way and we sometimes we are going to mess up and live a different way. That's one of the reasons Christians are considered hypocritical. (another main reason is Christians who have morals that don't necessarily line up with God's way are often the most vocal about their opinions) We are never going to live perfect lives and it's important to acknowledge that, you're going to fail sometimes. Don't let that stop you from striving for perfection, if you try your best to live like Jesus did then you can truly live the life God has in mind for you. It won't be the easiest path or the necessarily happiest way but it's the one you will get the most joy out of and the one you can do the most good following.
