God created and designed every part of you from your body to the way you eyes look when you smile. He came to Earth vulnerable and messy so that we could know Him. He let us kill Him to save us from sin. God loves you more than you will ever know. A lot of people look into the suffering of this world and they say, "If God is good and loves us then why does all this bad stuff happen?" It's easy to think that way and at some point it crosses everyone's mind. But when we say that we are only looking at the bad we are ignoring all the good things in this world. A stranger stopping to help on the side of the road because you can't get your tire started, millions of food donations to those who need it, an innocent baby that makes everyone's face glow with happiness. There is good all over that shows us how much God cares for us all. He sees all our problems and it's hard to see why He doesn't fix them all sometimes but He has a plan that is good if we trust Him and live our lives the way He tells us to.
