Devotions; Defeating the Destroyer

Without God there is no right and wrong. There's is nothing to tell us what is wrong and what isn't. The government? The government is run by people who's right and wrong are subjective. In the schools? Right and wrong differs by person and they are only aloud to teach so much about right and wrong. The truth is that outside from God there is no moral standard for everyone to follow. That's one of the many reasons why our world is so messed up, everyone has a different understanding of right and wrong. However no one looks at a hit and run on the streets and says, yeah that's totally ok. Unless you are insane murder isn't alright. We where created in God's imagine and some of the morals we have, such as it's not ok to murder, come from God. I think that's s big argument for if God exist, in all of us we have a morals that everyone would have on their own. If we followed survival of the fitness then it wouldn't be bad at all to kill sickly, kind, grandparents, it would be completely fine to kill crippled, we would look up to people like Hitler who carried out natural selection. But these things horrify us and that comes from God.
