Humans where created with the need to rest. God rested on the seventh day after creation to give us an example of how we should act. It's important to take time from work and school and relax. Spend some time sitting quietly listening to God, take a break from homework and everything else going on. Hang out with friends and family because they are more important than work. This isn't an invitation to be lazy, you still need to go to your job and school and work hard. You don't get to procrastinate a lot because you're resting. You should work hard and do your best in all things because you're doing them to honor God. You can't drop all your work because God commands you to rest. However you should remember work really isn't the most important thing in our lives even when we treat it like it is. God is the most important then family and friends, so we need to a lot time for those things that should dominate our lives. Take time to rest and enjoy this life because whenever you are working all the time it is very difficult or impossible for you to be full of the fruits of the spirit.
